Beautiful Hotel
Pros:

Lovely Hotel in a truly amazing setting.
Rooms were spacious, clean and tidy.
The grounds were very well kept. Plenty of room, it never felt busy even when hotel was full.

Cons:

On a cloudy day the pool temperature was really cold.

Amazing hotel, but AC did not work in our room in the first night and could barely sleep.

Amazing food for dinner. Amazing and stunning atmosphere.

Cons:

Our AC didn't work and it was so so hot and humid in our room, I could barely sleep. We told the staff that it didn't come out cold air and they said "it is working", then my boyfriend actually fixed the AC the second night and i could actually sleep that night. So they pushed me off and kinda gaslit me.

A true enjoyable stay at one of Puglia's best kept secrets
Pros:

Pretty much everything! Ottolire is one of those very special places offering everything you want from a secluded retreat-feel property overlooking a vast estate set in the Puglian hillsides where fine cuisine, great service and total relaxation and enjoyment are the obvious priorities. It offers a range of different sized and thoughtfully styled rooms, an excellent restaurant where nothing is too much trouble for the chef and service is of the highest order, and a very large pool with service. But above all, the Ottolire team, from owner to gardener, convey real passion for what they do, and what they do, they do very well indeed.

Maravilhosa estadia no Vale d’ Itria
Pros:

Amei este hotel e repitiria. O local , arquitetura e a decoração são lindas e de super bom gosto. A recepção muito querida. O acolhimento da Antonella, sempre preocupada com o bem estar dos hóspedes.
Pedimos o ventilador pois o quarto estava quente ( ar condicionado é central) e imediatamente inverteram para o frio. Já estava quente na Puglia. Super queridas.

Sûper mooi en goed onderhouden domein, schitterende tuinen, olijfboomgaarden en prachtig zwembad. Heel goede restaurantkeuken. Zeer vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Wij vonden de matrassen te zacht. Er was op de ruime kamer én op het terras geen enkele comfortabele stoel, war we echt een gemis vinden wanneer je meerdere dagen verblijft. Het ontbijt is echt pover en ondanks dat er uitsluitend niet Italiaanse gasten waren, was er vooral zoetigheid en nauwelijks brood beschikbaar. Zoals vaak is het internet via het hotel niet veilig maar erger is dat er heel slecht bereik is om via providers te internetten of te bellen, dat is bij een verblijf van een paar dagen heel vervelend. Er zijn geen liften, het is allemaal trapje op en trapje af. Met een nieuwe knie-prothese bijna niet te doen..wel kun je overal komen met een vaak stijle omweg. Het voorgaande is voor lang niet iedereen van toepassing en dan is het een sûper fijn hotel vandaar ook mijn hoge waardering.
