It was all good for 1 night, they were able to accommodate us with early check in, I forgot something in the room and they contacted us in time that I was able to collect it before leaving the area.

Reception area is wide, lift was working fine, room was big enough and lot's of storage area.

Very nice location that you can go to good tapas bars nearby and walk anywhere to most of attractions. Not too far from train station that it is walkable.

Ubicación fantástica te permite visitar la ciudad caminando. Buena calidad de la cama y la almohada

Cons:

Estuvimos alojados en el J01, una habitación con un "patio" privado que se encuentra en el sótano. No dispone de nada de luz natural que da sensación de ser de noche de manera constante y es bastante claustrofóbico. Hay humedades en las paredes del baño y desprende olor desagradable. La limpieza podría ser mejorable

Cons:

Not cleaned room with many black hair in the bathroom, very ugly view from the window, not great location if you want to reach the top center through the small stinky and dirty streets and on top not smiling staff. Not good value food the money. Don’t recommend.
