Die Lage und dass die Zimmer deutlich besser waren als das letzte Mal. Entweder hatten wir damals ein Raucherzimmer oder es wurde renoviert. Personal freundlich.

When looking for accommodation in Poznań, we were choosing between Hotel Topaz and a nearby Ibis hotel. We decided to stay at Hotel Topaz and did not regret it for a moment.
Although it is a relatively small hotel, it offers a truly warm and welcoming atmosphere that made us feel at home throughout our stay. One of the conveniences we particularly appreciated was having a parking space for our car close to our room, which made loading and unloading luggage very easy.
The location is another strong advantage. The hotel is within easy reach of Poznań's historic city center and only about a 15-minute walk from the Avenida shopping center, where you can find all the necessary shops, restaurants, and services.
The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any request. As Ukrainians, we were especially pleased that the receptionist communicated with us in Ukrainian, which made us feel very welcome and comfortable.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would gladly stay here again on our next visit to Poznań. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Cons:

The only thing we missed was a minibar refrigerator in the room. Having a small fridge available would have been a significant advantage, especially during a longer stay. Unfortunately, the room did not have one. However, this is more of a personal preference than a real drawback, and it did not significantly affect our overall experience.

Коли ми шукали житло в Познані, то обирали між Hotel Topaz та розташованим неподалік мережевим готелем Ibis. У результаті ми зупинили свій вибір на Hotel Topaz і жодного разу про це не пошкодували.
Попри те, що готель відносно невеликий, він зміг забезпечити справді домашню та затишну атмосферу, завдяки якій ми почувалися дуже комфортно протягом усього перебування.
Окремою перевагою стала можливість припаркувати автомобіль неподалік від номера, що значно спростило завантаження та розвантаження багажу.
Розташування готелю також дуже вдале. До історичного центру Познані можна легко дістатися пішки, а великий торговельний центр Avenida з численними магазинами, кафе та іншою необхідною інфраструктурою знаходиться приблизно за 15 хвилин ходьби.
Персонал був надзвичайно привітним, уважним та завжди готовим допомогти з будь-якими проханнями. Для нас, українців, було особливо приємно, що адміністратор на рецепції спілкувався українською мовою. Це створило додаткове відчуття гостинності та комфорту.
Загалом ми залишилися дуже задоволені своїм перебуванням і з радістю зупинилися б у цьому готелі знову під час наступної поїздки до Познані. Щиро рекомендуємо! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Quiet and comfortable budget stay for a night
Pros:

Comfy beds with great selections at breakfast. Food was tasty and though the staff don’t say much but they’re appreciative and smiled when we thanked them. The room had no air conditioning but when we requested for a fan, they quickly drr delivered one to our room.
