De locatie was top en er was een heel fijn dakterras waar we veel gebruik van hebben gemaakt.
De waterdruk in de douche was erg zwak en het water was vaak koud. De faciliteiten in de keuken, met name de borden en het bestek waren niet heel schoon.

Nothing it was a nightmare
They didn’t have water in the hotel for 3 day, not able to shower or used hotel restroom. To blush my teeth we buy water bottles. Adalberto to owner was very rude. We have to move to an other hotel. 😒they said we are going to fix it. But same thing every day.
Nothing, the stay there was horrible, was unable to stay the the whole time had to leave the hotel on the 06/19/2026.
We had no water it was very difficult to shower and use the restroom with very low water and no water at times, specially with a 4 yr old that constantly have to use the restroom. The staff was super rude very unprofessional and they kept saying the problem was fix but it was never fix. The owner showed up and was also very rude and unprofessional told us we could leave and if we want a refund to go throw booking.com. I would highly recommend not staying there.
The staff was helpful and accommodating of my needs. When I arrived I was a bit injured and could hardly walk- and they accommodated me to have a room on the bottom floor. Staff was also really kind. The location is decent. Bed was huge , but not particularly comfortable.
There was not really consistent hot water. I discovered that I had to ask the staff to turn the hot water on, and even then it only lasted a short time before it got cold again. I was traveling a long distance and this was my stay in between buses so it’s frustrating that I wasn’t able to have a hot shower whenever I needed one. Also I don’t understand why the staff didn’t make me aware upon check in that I would have to ask for the hot water to be turned on.. it was a point of frustration. Also, the design of the place is really unfortunate. There are a couple of stairs in the room where I stayed. When I was walking down from the bathroom , I forgot about them and I fell on the floor and hurt myself. There are also small stairs in strange places all over the facility (near the door to go out and a ledge to step over to get into where the rooms are) . Be careful!

- Énormément de bruit la nuit, impossible de bien dormir.
- Personnel pas souriant voire menaçant en balançant une liste des interdictions malaisantes à l'arrivée. Idem lors du contrôle "checkout".
- Réservoir d'eau jamais nettoyé donc l'eau est sale et les serviettes sont marron après la douche, et elles sont changées tous les trois jours !
- Pas de pression sous la douche.

Had to pay an extra 200 pesos per night for the aircon remote.
The locks on the door didn’t feel secure and there was a window in the bathroom looking out to the hallway that we couldn’t lock. Didn’t feel comfortable leaving anything in the room.
