Pros:

Lovely room on the 10th floor with great views.Extremely comfortable bed. OK buffet breakfast.

Cons:

Never enough tea bags provided unless you drink Peppermint or Chamomile. I had to ask for extra tea bags then only two extra were left. A small negative in an otherwise pleasant stay.

It’s highly likely we will always stay here when visiting Christchurch
Pros:

I really like the rooms here, they feel spacious, comfortable and very clean. The location was fabulous the staff I encountered this time round were friendly and helpful. Special mention to Donna in House keeping, what a lovely lady, I noticed her saying Hi to all the guests she’s came across and was super helpful when doing our room.

Slow and keys just went behind desk once car was out front. Had to wait again up at counter to collect keys

Amazing staycation for us coming from darfield we great having a night in town …. Hopefully can do it again one day

Cons:

Maybe the cost 420 for one night maybe because it was having six60 and was busy .. loved the location though.
