Fantastic location, lovely reception staff but cleaners need to up their game.
Pros:

The front desk staff were lovely and friendly and courteous.

Cons:

Cleaning team could have done better. Pillowslip with blood on it left unchanged. Bathroom not cleaned while we were there.

Great location but room wasn’t advertised correctly.
Pros:

The advertised room. It was a super king room but the bed wasn’t a king bed it was a queen. I called about this and they said I was wrong. It looks like they advertise a king room meaning the room is bigger than a normal room, but its not really and with the word king u except a king bed.
Old comforters they need an updated it was alittle smelly. NO ability to access the tv and streaming services, They need to look at this its absolutely ridiculous

Cons:

Upon arrival I realised I left my reading glasses on the plane the front of desk gentleman called the airline to try and get help for me. He wasnt able to get anyone on the Phne but gave me the website to contact in the morning and they found them. Room is old but was cleaned well. I would give the hotel a 3.5 -4 stars at most.

Pros:

Staff were great bed very good clean and tidy

Cons:

There was a special request we asked for /-
I asked for a room high up overlooking the square and sunny , this was not done !!
The following is message from the hotel was sent back to us.
"We are pleased to let you know that the accommodation has confirmed they will be able to arrange this for you. There will be no extra charge for this request".
The room was in a poor location facing south ( not happy )
