Pros:

Size of the room. Ample public parking space infront and near the hotel, but need to use Flexi Parking app to pay hourly/daily parking fee.

Cons:

Breakfast was very unsatisfactory and unacceptable. Menu was minimal and quality of food provided very low. The dining hall was closed for renovations on the second day of stay and the staff had no decency to inform guests that breakfast was provided elsewhere until they were asked by guests, and even then the breakfast menu was cut down to the most minimal. The bathroom for the family room was very small. The shower was placed exactly over the toilet bowl. There was barely room to stand properly underneath the shower. Toiletries were also very minimal. The hotel only provided an all-in-one cleansing gel in the bathroom and even that they did not refill. Bottled water was only provided upon check-in and was not replenished by housekeeping for the remainder of our stay. The room also does not have a mini refrigerator to help chill our bottled drinks. All in all, it was not a pleasant stay. The quality of their service and the rate offered for the room was not value for money. The hotel needs to buck up on their quality standards.

Bilik bersih. Ada pantry yg free coffee and tea. Staff sgt sgt friendly. Sentiasa dgn senyuman.

Cons:

Sarapan okay. Cume in future boleh pelbagaikan menu and kids boleh makan sekali.

Pros:

The location of the hotel was good . The condition of the room was good . The entire set up of the hotel was good

Cons:

For the price of RM 180++ with breakfast ..the choices are very very limited . The same rate which at the Sungai Peatni location can offer better breakfast choices .

Penginapan semasa hari perayaan Aidilfitri.
Pros:

Saya sangat berpuas hati dengan harga yang ditawarkan untuk bilik dan sangat berbaloi termasuk pakej sarapan. Kemudahan sangat bagus, lengkap dan bersih.

Cons:

Ada beberapa yang menginap di situ membuat bising pada jam 1 pagi kemungkinan masalah mabuk sehingga mengganggu penginap yang lain untuk tidur.
