room was very good

Cons:

would not recommend any spa treatments, my back was bruised from the massage, the lady also broke my nail. Then my partner and I were harassed for a larger tip at the end. Not impressed and made to feel very uncomfortable.

Pros:

The property had a wonderful breakfast, location and staff. The beds were very comfortable and the A/C really worked well!

Cons:

Everything was good but the rooms were not as clean as we would have liked. Found a pair of jeans and the flip flops they provided looked dirty, but we had our own footwear so it didn’t bother us.

Pros:

Hotel Paon was in an excellent location near the lake and restaurants in the old quarter. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The restaurant/bar at the top had an incredible view of the city. All the staff were very friendly, warm and helpful.

Pros:

Really nice hotel! Staff cannot do enough for you. Pool was lovely. Breakfast was perfect. Would defo recommend. The rooftop was perfect for reading a book

Everything was really good. The breakfast was the best we had in hotels during the trip. Staff were so kind and helpful. Rooms were clean. The pool was a bit weirdly located with no views as the pictures made look like, but it was still pretty nice.
