Very central location. Service and cleanliness and staff were fantastic.
We stayed in a suite. The bed was very hard. It seemed the has spent good money on the kitchen. Only to forget about the remained of the suite.

Les photos de la piscine et la salle de sport ne reflètent pas la réalité. Impossible de faire du sport (salle de sport dehors) et un seul ventilateur pour toute la surface. Nous étions dans une chambre qui normalement est une issue de secours …. Les chambres sont tristes (sombres) et vieillissantes. A noter que si vous voulez payer par CB il faut que ce soit une carte de crédit et non de débit (courant en Europe). Nous sommes partis avant la fin de notre séjour au final. Jusque là pendant notre séjour tous les hôtels étaient top, cet hôtel a été l exception.
We loved the location, the breakfast and pool with sky bar. Our room was perfect for what we needed. We even got to see fireworks from the rooftop.

We loved our stay at the Paon hotel in the Old Quarter. The room was spacious and the balcony was a very nice place to hang out after long days of exploring Hanoi. Staff were very friendly and even helped us book a convenient transfer to our next location. We looked it so much we booked it again on our next pass through Hanoi.
