Friendly staff, great vibe.
Pros:

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Chloe in particular went over and beyond what we were expecting. Peter on the door was also very helpful.

The hotel environment is lovely, and we enjoyed the pool and skybar. During our stay we were lucky to have friendly guests and the whole hotel vibe feels family like.

The hotel is within walking distance to Kiem Lake and all you need is a short walk.

We stayed in rooms 605 and 705 which were balcony suites, the size of the rooms were great and the beds were comfortable.

An awareness if you have impairments there are only stairs to reach the pool and breakfast.

Cons:

For improvement, the pool ladder needs to be made secure. This did not hinder our stay. Just an advice to the hotel. Everything was wonderful.

Pros:

Breakfast was good, many varieties. Room was clean. The bed is comfy and quiet.
We enjoyed the view of the lake at the roof top. The staff were very attentive, very prompt and fast response to your request. Walking distance to lake, temple, church, shopping, eateries, safe for Solo travellers. Bank, ATM, 7-Eleven nearby.

Perfekt, v.a. die Lage und das Personal.
Pros:

Das Personal war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir durften unser Gepäck dort deponieren, obwohl wir bereits einen Tag zuvor ausgecheckt hatten.

Excellent hotel in a great location with amazing staff.
Pros:

The location, facilities and service were all excellent. I have to make a special mention about the staff, their hospitality was unbelievable. They couldn’t have been more helpful, especially with our daughter. Mia and Chloe especially were so kind with her.

Cons:

If you are a family with young children, you may find the rooms a little bit small but it all depends how much time you plan to spend in the room.

Lovely place
Pros:

This hotel is a great place to stay in Hanoi. The location is great, the rooftop pool and bar are not very big, but it gets the job done. You get to swim with a great view of the city.

The room is nice, the bed is soft and the bathroom is clean. What more do you want?

The entire staff is so polite and they make you feel seen and welcomed. They really go the extra mile for you.

During our last breakfast the hostess Chloe remembered that we were checking out that day and asked us about our travel plans and gave some tips for our next destination. It was the kind of attention to detail I wouldnt expect at this price point. Really lovely place.

Cons:

We heard some construction noise, but that was temporary and not really an issue.

Ottima posizione rispetto alla zona centrale ed ai luoghi di interesse.
Piscina piccolissima, mai usata. Ottima colazione e servizio lavanderia veloce (ma non aspettatevi vestiti piegati perfettamente).
Consigliato.

Cons:

Il rumore della città, ma non é colpa dell'hotel, tutta hanoi già dalle 3 del mattino senti i clacson.

Perfect Hotel
Pros:

This hotel was perfect- the staff were always so friendly.
We arrived late and left relatively early and in that short space we loved it.
We got upgraded to Junior Suite which was nice touch. Big comfortable bed, nice balcony.
Breakfast was good. Staff were always friendly, they kept our bags for the entire day
