Noisy, only one lift, alarm kept on going off on the forr and had to change rooms, bathrooms are dated, hated how you had to walk up 3 flights of stairs to get to breakfast.

De locatie was super. Het zwembad was fijn en een goede temperatuur om af te koelen. Het personeel is erg aardig en behulpzaam!

Overall amazing stay and would definitely come back
Pros:

The staff are absolutely excellent from the receptionist to the doorman. We checked in late and were greeted with an ice cold drink and a smile and help with our bags.
The breakfast is buffet style with a large selection, all tasting fabulous.
The room was perfect with strong air con which was needed during the heatwave while we were in Hanoi.
Location is ideal for the old quarter with nothing too far of a walk.

Cons:

Only minor complaint is that the gym is located beside the pool in an open space area so there is no real air conditioning just some fans so was quite hot during the day!

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Lovely pool and breakfast. Special shoutout to Richard the doorman for always greeting us with a gorgeous smile and always bending over backwards to help us.

Most of the staff were extremely kind, although one front desk staff member was not very welcoming. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety to suit all tastes.

It would be great to have oat or soy milk available when ordering coffee. The laundry service was quite expensive, as the weight of the clothes seemed to be doubled when pricing.

Airport taxi pickup service was offered but arrived 30 minutes late, so we had to use Didi instead. The hotel promotes it as a cheaper alternative to Grab, but it actually ended up being more expensive. It would also be great to have oat or soy milk available when ordering coffee.

Friendly and terrific staff but wouldn’t stay there again until they sort out the lift situation

Lift only went to the 10th floor. Had to walk up stairs to the 12th floor for breakfast. Wife has a bad back and waiting on knee replacement surgery.Should have been told about this. Had we known would have stayed .elsewhere . This sort of information should be on the website.
