Hôtel proche du centre ville , personnel agréable et respectueux.
Pros:

Personnel très agréable, professionnel et respectueux !Très bon hôtel, il est assez proche du centre-ville
Assez loin de l’aéroport, je dirai 45minute -1 heure si ce n’est pas bouché

Cons:

Le seul truc est négatif, c’est le petit déjeuner qui est pas adapté pour 4 étoiles selon moi…

Super enthousiaste en vriendelijke staff! We waren eerst twee nachten in Hanoi, na een 5 daagse tour in de omgeving van Hanoi, kwamen we terug en troffen een heerlijk taartje aan in onze kamer om ons weer te verwelkomen. Geweldig, dank je wel Cloë!!

vous nous accusez d'avoir volé ma fille et moi un sac de linge 2 fois. on m'a demandé de vider mon sac pour verifer, heureusement que le taxi est arrivé. j'ai évité une humiliation public devant ma fille qui ne comprenait pas ce qui se passait. nous avons eu un problème avec la baignoire jamais réparé en trois nuit et la chambre actuelle n'est pas bien pour le prix.
En partant pour la deuxième fois, on a voulu me faire payer des bières non consommées alors que j'avais moi même laissé des bières dans le frigo.

Pros:

A great place to stay in general but we have never ever known such care and kindness from staff at a place we’ve stayed. My partner broke her ankle and the list of things they did to help is endless but safe to say, above and beyond does not begin to cover how amazing they were. Thank you so much.
