We were very pleasantly surprised by the location of the facility due to its proximity to the activity in the town. The staff was very welcoming upon arrival and remained consistently so during our three nights day. Will easily recommend this facility to my friends.

The Harmon Guest House was very convenient for the 2 downtown restaurants we'd booked for this (anniversary) stay. HGH property is clean and modern, but the pool area is a bit sad, and so we did not use the pool, despite the hot temperatures. The $25 property credit that was a part of our booking was confusing to use and not well-explained. The room was clean and modern, and the fact that there is no separate bathroom (only a toilet room) could be awkward for some people (the shower stall is open to the room, and right as you walk into the room). The huge pillows would appeal to some, but I prefer the softer (down), smaller kind, so I was sad that I'd forgotten to pack my own. The all-night lights outside the patio area meant that we had to lower the blackout shade, which meant that the AC had to be on all night (we couldn't open the door/window for air).

Front desk lazy and staff rude. They have the sign up majority of the time that they are “not available “ and to call a number if you need them! At $718.00 a night!!!! For a high season weekend have someone at the front desk!!!

Amazing location, walking distance to everything in the square. Loved the rooftop bar. Room was spacious and beds are super comfortable. Appreciated the small details like the water/ice machines in the hallway. Onsite valet was also very convenient, they even charged my EV!

The location was perfect, making it easy to walk everywhere. The bedroom was beautifully decorated with a modern style, featuring a comfortable bed and pillows. My room faced the front and had a balcony, which I really appreciated and enjoyed. I loved the electric window blinds for nighttime. The staff was friendly and helpful, always welcoming guests. The pool is small, and the wooded area under the trees in the back is a nice spot to read a book. An appealing feature of this hotel is the availability of facilities at sister hotels. Breakfast was served at the sister hotel and was especially delicious. The gym was also located on the other sister hotel. conveniently close to the main hotel. Additionally, I appreciated the valet parking service.

We stayed at this hotel over the Valentine's Day weekend. This was a weekend getaway and we wantred a hotel close to the Healdsburg Plaza within easy walking distance of restaurants, bars, and shops. We enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were frendly and helpful. The hotel has a rooftop bar that also serves food. The sister hotel, the H2, is on the same block and has a restaurant and bar called the Spoonbar. We only visited teh rooftop bar once becuse it rained over the weekend. The service was quick and friendly and both the drinks and food were good. We ate breakfast at the Sppinbar every day and also visited the bar and restaurant for dinner. The atmosphere was great and we enjoyed the food and drinks. We would be happy to stay here again.

Poor management. You can’t access your car easily. The room is minimalist. Automatic shades in room broken. Normal hotel amenities Absent!!!

It's just about the best location in Healdsburg, smack dab in the middle of everything, restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, tasting rooms.

Great design planning and aesthetics, not your standard run of the mill hotel design. Appreciate not having wall-to-wall carpet, and the outdoor patio was a nice option to have.

The staff exhibited remarkable kindness and professionalism throughout our stay.

Javier in the rooftop bar provided exceptional service. Jason from the front desk was exceptionally helpful with our room safe.

Additionally, Anthony from the front desk ensured a swift and efficient check-in process.

I was pleasantly surprised how modern and comfortable our suite was. The only thing I would improve upon would be living room sofa to be more cozy. If this is my only feedback, I'd have to say this place is pretty awesome.

Friendly and helpful staff. I enjoyed extra amenities including yoga, wine tasting and using the bike!
