Pros:

Posizione eccellente per partenze di mattina presto dall'aeroporto di Haneda grazie anche alla navetta compresa. Personale gentilissimo, camera spaziosa ed accogliente. Per consentire di prendere la navetta alle 05.00 hanno perfino anticipato la colazione alle 04.30 del mattino.

It was a good stay. Good bed, quiet, clean, good breakfast, near a store.

Free shuttle bus from the airport, late opened convenient store nearby, simple but good breakfast, easy check in & out

Cons:

If you have a lot of luggage to carry, walking to the nearest subway station exit which has an elevators might be a quiet walk.
