It was okay with a lot of room for improvement.
Pros:

Quite clean, comfortable beds.

Cons:

Very confusing to find. Located behind one hotel, belongs to another… We were tired from the trip and running around trying to find who/where to get the keys from didn’t help.
Also the booking.com listing promises a ground floor apartment, which it wasn’t. It was very hot inside when we arrived and the en-suite shower switch is in the bedroom which is another strange user experience.
The furniture in the living room was not what it is in the pictures on the website. Altogether the apartment looked and felt different from what we expected.

Overall comfortable and large apartment and suited our stay.
Pros:

Lovely clean and roomy apartment, quiet.

Cons:

Unpleasant smell in the en-suite and on arrival the key cards didn’t work, so I was obliged to walk quite a long way back from the apartment block to the reception desk in the main hotel. There was some confusion as to which apartment we had been allocated.

Pros:

We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment. It was spacious, perfectly clean, and fairly well equipped, with very comfortable beds. The kitchen also included basic essentials such as salt, pepper, tea, milk, butter and coffee.

The location is excellent, close to the national park. A nice bonus was the hotel shuttle service to the city and train station.

Cons:

It would be nice to have at least one larger pot in the kitchen.

Bathrooms were pathetic. Children loitering in hallways, entryways at all time of night. No space for luggage in secondary room designed for 3. Bait and switch booking practices where ratings for the main property are implied for the apartments, should come with a disclosure/warning
