Piso cómodo pero le falta algún detalle

Me gustaron sobre todo las habitaciones: limpias, amplias y cómodas. La ubicación también está bien; no está en pleno centro, pero se encuentra a solo unas paradas de tranvía para llegar al centro.
Precio del alojamiento muy bueno!

Cons:

La sala de estar y la cocina podrían estar más equipadas. Echamos en falta una cafetera y algún sofá donde sentarse al llegar de hacer turismo. El comedor tiene una mesa larga con sillas, pero no hay sofá ni butacas para relajarse.

La habitación doble del piso de arriba no tenía cortina opaca y, a las 5 de la mañana, entraba el sol, lo que dificultaba seguir durmiendo. Nos sorprendió, porque el resto de habitaciones sí tenían cortinas opacas.

Al WC del baño de abajo le faltaba un espejo. En un piso con capacidad para 11 personas, sería necesario que todos los baños tuvieran espejo. También estaría bien que hubiera alguno en las habitaciones para poder verse y arreglarse con más comodidad.

La ubicación es excelente y es cómodo y espacioso hasta para 4 personas. Queda a 15 minutos de la Casa Danzante punto perfecto del BigBus turístico

There were no washing machines, the hot water pressure was low, and you had to press the tap every 10 seconds to keep the water running. Each person only had one pillow, but the pillows were too soft, and the bed was also too soft. There was no air-conditioning, which made it uncomfortable during the summer.

Ferienwohnung weniger als minimalistisch

Gefallen hat und dass wir 10 Mädels zusammen in einer Unterkunft/Ferienwohnung waren.

Cons:

Gefallen hat und leider gar nicht, dass wir Anfangs keine SMS erhielten mit Anweisungen für den Türeinlass, erst nach einem Anruf bei der "Rezeption". Es ging alles per App/Online, was wir cool fanden, nachdem wir auch alles hatten. Vorher standen wir da und wussten nicht was wir machen sollten.
Dann roch es im Erdgeschoss dauerhaft nach Marihuana, die Wohnung war mehr als Minimalistisch ausgestattet (2x Fleischermesser in der Küche war alles), die Tapete geht teilweise von den Wänden ab und an Gemütlichkeit fehlt es in jeder Ecke.
Die Betten waren frisch bezogen, dennoch Gott sei Dank haben wir diese nur für ca 6 Stunden Schlaf benötigt.
Die Bilder des Anbieters haben gar nichts mit dem eigentlichen Angebot zu tun! Für eine Macht, empfinde ich den Preis im Nachhinein zu teuer und empfehle diese Unterkunft nur, wenn man eine Abstellmöglichkeit für sein Gebäck benötigt oder nach dem Feiern nur eine kurze Nacht dort verbringen möchte.
