Room was quite modern and spacious - very clean
No early check in - felt less hotel staff available. We stayed only one night - unable to comment much
Professional and helpful staff. Lovely room. Very comfortable. Great location, easy to get everywhere from there. Great price for a really high quality room. We had a relaxing stay there
We got an upgrade to a room with 2 beds: one double bed and one single bed. This was amazing because it was a very big room and the TV was huge (with Netflix possibility).
It was close to the café street, and had good connections everywhere.
We enjoyed it a lot!
Looking back at the booking.com pictures, we can see some images that look too good to be true (AI?). It’s not too far from reality, though, but it's definitely worth mentioning for other guests.
You can hear some traffic from outside.

No coffee & tea bags in the room! It is self serve to pick up from the hotel’s lobby.
The terrace and living room just space

2. Such expensive price 300$ night and presidential suit has no tea cup or Tea / coffee station.
3.Only 1 lift
4. Paid bkf was horrible , no basic standards.
5. Washroom was ill designed , sauna - no use , bathtub - stone and unhygienic , shower - in the way , sink on the shitpot .
I just want to meet the person how designed and give him/her a tight slap for such stupid specs

Location is good, walk to station, Lotte department store, shops, cafes etc. Large room that has a bath tub located near the shower.
Bathroom is open plan, no door into the room with frosted glass door for the toilet & clear for the shower. Not an issue for me but might be for people who want privacy.
