Pros:

The space was wonderful and quiet. It was great for having a little one with us. Everything was thought of and made our stay very pleasant. The location was close to everything but felt away from the main drag. The staff was phenomenal.

Pros:

Edles Zimmer, hochwertige Ausstattung, auch im Badezimmer (Closomat!), alles sehr sauber, äusserst gepflegt, Balkon zum schönen Innenhof/ Garten. Sehr ruhig.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels mitten in München, in der Nähe des Viktualienmarkt und Marienplatz kann besser kaum sein. Lediglich die Baustellen im Umkreis waren für die Anfahrt etwas herausfordernd, wobei der Rest des Urlaubs einfach "Rund" war. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und die Ausstattung mehr als man brauchte. Wir kommen gern wieder, auch ohne "Meisterfeier" des FCB. ;)

Hotel location was excellent. Our room was spacious and inviting.

Cons:

We had no hot water for two of our 4 days in Munich. Of course, it wasn’t the fault of the staff, but it certainly impacted the quality of our stay. We were surprised the front desk folks didn’t offer us free breakfast, a bottle of wine or beers or some kind of gift to acknowledge the rather large problem with our room. The staff knew we had no hot water and on day 2 of the problem merely acknowledged the issue and advised they “were working on it”. They could have done more…..

Maximillian Munich is a perfect place to stay in Munich! It was a beautiful island of calm in a very busy city.
Pros:

I liked the staff, the location on a quiet street in the centre of Munich, the view of the garden courtyard from my room, the kitchenette in my room, and the glassed in dining room overlooking the courtyard. I really liked the fact that I could order breakfast from an à la carte menu! I can’t eat a lot at one meal so breakfast buffets are a waste of money for me. I loved everything about my 4 night stay at Maximilian and would definitely stay there again if I am able to return to Munich!
