Cons:

Room felt a bit clostrephopic due to the the top floor slanted ceiling. Bumped head a few times

Comfortable well equipped room in a very convenient location.
Pros:

When we arrived the staff in reception was very helpful and patiently showed us to the garage and helped with our bags. We had been given extra directions to get there since there was construction everywhere. As a result it was easy to find. The room was beautiful and had far more amenities than we anticipated, like a stovetop, sink and microwave. The bathroom shower was excellent and the bed comfortable. Most of all, it was within convenient walking distance of the Hofbrauhaus, the Marianplatz and many restaurants.

Would stay there again!
Pros:

Breakfast was €30 pp and probably worth it. Like much of Munich, the area is a building site and even the taxi driver couln't find the place. Lots of restaurants and 5 minute walk to Marienplatz and shopping
