Look elsewhere before booking
Pros:

The location is the only positive.

Cons:

The overall apartment was filthy. Stains on the walls, clearly wasn't hoovered when we checked in.
Only having 1 bin bag available during the whole stay, would've been nice to have some extra bin bags, dust pan and brush.

The property itself didnt match the images that are shown. This should've been specified that this was a whole building of flats.

You could hear neighbours above and bellow.

Близько до туристичної місцевості. Багато магазинів та ресторанів поруч. В апартаментах все і всіх чути.
Pros:

Чисто. Досить просторо. У центрі.

Cons:

Тонкі стіни, чути абсолютно все що робиться на вулиці та у кожній квартирі. Досить шумно до годин 2х ночі. У літаку - нема ні кондиціонера, ні вентилятора - через тонкі стіни - дуже жарко у приміщенні.

I have stayed in these apartments many times, unfortunately the facilities are never updated. A makeover would be nice.

Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta. El aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien.

Cons:

El apartamento no tenía ni una simple cafetera. Todo muy limitado (una sartén, una cazuela, ...) Una residencia universitaria con mucha gente haciendo mucho ruido y no pensada para una familia con idea de desayunar y cenar en el apartamento.
La limpieza: inexistente.

Estaba sucio y varias cosas rotas. Había una colonia de hormigas en una de las habitaciones. Nos prometieron un duplex y ni se acercaba.

Na pewno tu wrócimy.
Pros:

Człowieku, jeśli nie działa Ci termostat w kaloryferze, to napisz wiadomość do obiektu (jak my – technik pojawił się niezwłocznie), a nie marnuj energii (dosłownie) na ogrzewanie Pragi i marudzenie. Kamienica jest w całości pięknie wyremontowana, apartamenty są wystarczająco dobrze i nowocześnie wyposażone, a wszędzie pachnie czystością. Z okien mieliśmy widok na najpiękniejszy bulwar – Náplavkę nad Wełtawą, więc czego chcieć więcej?
