Totally, I recommend it to others.
Pros:

Location: Great, Staff: friendly, Room: Clean, I had asked for a bright room, they accepted it. Close to 7-11. Totally, I recommend it to others.

Cons:

It might be better to use disposable cups in the rooms. The ceramic cups seemed to be not very well washed. I was disturbed by my neighbor room, otherwise the street noise was not coming to the rooms and it was very important.
