beautiful views from our room ,, the room was spotless ,modern and very comfortable
we honestly have no complaints at all
Perfect stay between Edinburgh and Islay
staff were helpful and very friendly
breakfast options were plentiful, eggs were perfect
Right on the water front such an unbelievable view.
The food within the restaurant was great and well worth visiting for the food alone.
The atmosphere between the staff within the restaurant was very awkward.
The room floor was very uneven good thing I've got strong ankles.
Breakfast was fine. Location adequate.
All was fine
Good breakfast. Loch view from our room. A lot of investment has gone in to the room.
The outside of the property needs some maintenance.
We had a bath in the bathroom and strangely one in the bedroom too. We didn’t feel this was a plus - surely it just means that bedding and everything else in the bedroom gets damp.
We arrived late (about 10:30pm) and there were still areas of our bedroom carpet that was wet.
The carpet was also ill fitting in the room and had not benefitted from the room investment.
The room windows could open but not stay open.
There were lots of workers stayed when we were there and they wore their work clothes to breakfast including hi viz vests which made us feel like we were on a building site canteen. Other places we have stayed ban hi viz gear at breakfast - just a thought!
Personale accogliente ,Bagno nuovo , ampio parcheggio
In camera c'è la moquette per terra .
The hotel needs to be redecorated. The sheets and towels were clean but very disappointing room and hotel.
Restaurant nice.
.
Very nice food, especially the fish and chips, the location is stunning
Shower was a bit broken
Being close to my family who live near grey gull hotel .staff was pleasant breakfast was ok didn't like sausages
I went to there sister hotel in Loch Long omg wat change I saw there was bad both hotels need wee bit of tlc
Needs tlc n some work done in rooms like pain doors fixed bathroom door wouldn't lock no shampoo like it told u in the hotel
Nice enough hotel if trying to get the ferry to Islay the next day
Great surroundings.
Bad smell in the room.
Being honest nothing
The property looked down trod outside & in.
We arrived to be given a downstairs room, the window did not close & the lock was broken off.
However the nice gentleman in reception gave us a family room but wanted to charge an extra £99, however after some persuasion we were upgraded for free which I felt was only fair as our possessions would not have been safe in a ground floor room whereby anyone could have entered through the window.
