Enttäuschender Aufenthalt mit einigen positiven Ausnahmen

Das Hotel war insgesamt sauber, was mir sehr gut gefallen hat. Besonders positiv fand ich, dass die Mitarbeiter sehr gute Fremdsprachenkenntnisse hatten und man sich problemlos verständigen konnte. Das habe ich wirklich geschätzt.

Eine Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption mit lockigen Haaren war besonders freundlich, lieb und sympathisch. Ihr Umgang mit mir war sehr angenehm und ist mir positiv in Erinnerung geblieben.

Cons:

Leider war unser Aufenthalt insgesamt etwas enttäuschend und teilweise auch langweilig.

Obwohl ich ein anderes Zimmer gebucht hatte, wurde uns zunächst ein barrierefreies Zimmer zugewiesen. An der Rezeption wurde mir erklärt, dass es sich um ein Zimmer-Upgrade handle. Allerdings hatte ich gar kein Economy-Zimmer gebucht. Nachdem ich dem Rezeptionisten meine Buchungsbestätigung gezeigt hatte, entschuldigte er sich und die Zimmerzuweisung wurde geändert.

Besonders unangenehm fand ich jedoch die Art und Weise, wie der Rezeptionist mit mir gesprochen hat. Er verwendete eine sehr vulgäre Ausdrucksweise und meinte sinngemäß, die anderen Zimmer seien „arschklein“ und deshalb würden wir dieses Zimmer bekommen. Seine Entschuldigung wirkte auf mich eher oberflächlich und nicht wirklich aufrichtig. Auch das Zimmer selbst entsprach nicht meinen Vorstellungen, insbesondere das Badezimmer und die Dusche waren für mich ungewöhnlich gestaltet. Da ich mit meinem Freund angereist war, hatte ich andere Erwartungen an unser Zimmer. Deshalb machte ich deutlich, dass ich dieses Zimmer auf keinen Fall behalten wollte, woraufhin uns ein anderes Zimmer zugewiesen wurde. Insgesamt war ich jedoch auch mit den verfügbaren Zimmern nicht wirklich zufrieden.

Auch das Animationsprogramm fand ich enttäuschend. Es war insgesamt eher schwach und wenig unterhaltsam. Besonders der angekündigte türkische Abend entsprach überhaupt nicht meinen Erwartungen. Das Programm hatte kaum etwas mit der türkischen Kultur zu tun; lediglich für einen sehr kurzen Moment gab es einen Programmpunkt mit einem Bezug zur Türkei.

Darüber hinaus hätte ich mir von einigen Mitarbeitern mehr Aufmerksamkeit und Engagement gegenüber den Gästen gewünscht.

Insgesamt fehlten mir Unterhaltung, Abwechslung und ein überzeugendes Animationsprogramm, weshalb der Aufenthalt für mich etwas langweilig war.

Hotel stay for ultimate relaxation and good food

Everything about this hotel was spot on, care had been taken to make sure everything was in place to provide maximum rest and enjoyment of guests staying here. There was not a complaint or need for anything at any point in the stay.

We had a relaxing and really enjoyable five nights, and we'd happily come back.
Pros:

Overall, it's one of the best 4-star hotels I've ever stayed at.

The breakfast was excellent and had everything you could want. Lunch and dinner were also really good, with lots of hot and cold dishes, sides, drinks and desserts to choose from. The staff were very polite and always ready to help. There are three bars in the hotel with good drinks and cocktails.

The whole hotel was very clean, including our room, the pool and all the public areas.

There was something going on almost every day from morning until late in the evening, like sports, fun games and challenges, live music and DJ nights. Getting to the beach is super easy. You just walk out the back gate of the hotel and you're there in a couple of minutes. The beach has golden sand and was nice and clean. The beach staff were friendly too, and drinks and snacks were free there as well.

There's also a small shop inside the hotel where you can get pretty much anything you forgot or need, like pool floats, snacks, sunscreen, basic clothes and cigarettes.

We also booked a paid massage, and the therapists were really professional and clearly knew what they were doing.

Cons:

The minibar only had soft drinks and two cans of beer, refilled daily. Most bars close at midnight, and the main bar stays open until 1 am, but drinks are paid during that last hour. So having a few extra drinks or some small bottles of spirits in the minibar would have been nice for the late evenings.

The wifi was slower than I expected. A couple of times I had to switch to my mobile data just to send a few photos.

The area around the hotel isn't very exciting, with just a few small local shops nearby. But since the hotel has everything you need, we never really missed anything.

Pros:

Everything is super comfortable and tailored for the guests! The staff is available and involved in resolving any possible issue. Location is TOP - it takes around 20 mins to walk to Side with a seaside view! The Restaurant (buffet) is excellent, for 4+ night-stay there is one a-la-card experience for free but the Buffet is still unbeatable (especially the Turkish edition on Mondays)! Highly recommended for a relaxed holiday!

Ein absolutes Wohlfühlhotel mit großartigem Management 😎
Pros:

Das Gesamtpaket hat uns sehr gefallen. Ein kleines Erwachsenenhotel mit einem entspannten, internationalen Gästepublikum, gutem Sport- und Unterhaltungsprogramm, abwechslungsreichem Essen, einem tollen Mitarbeiterteam und einem immer präsenten Hotelmanager, jederzeit ansprechbar und alles im Blick. Die Mitarbeiter sind in allen Bereichen vom Empfang, an der Bar, die Putzfeen, Animateure, Kellner … sehr freundlich, fleißig und hilfsbereit. Besonderen Dank an Ferhat, Tuncay, Ismail, Burak und Cesin 😊. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Cons:

Leider gibt es keine Strandbar, aber das ist an diesem Standort wohl nicht möglich. Trotzdem wird am Strand alles getan, damit man sich wohlfühlt und es gibt kleine Getränke und Speisen. Und das Baden ist wunderbar möglich.

Pros:

Staff were great. Drinks were very good. It was very clean everywhere. Food was so good!!!!

Cons:

I didnt like wine, expecially white wine or sparkling wine, they were bad. If there were better wine i would gladly pay for it. In restaurant you could only pay the whole bottle so thats was not nice either.

We enoyed every minute of our stay at TUI blue Barut Andiz
Pros:

Location is great, good shops in abundance and within walking distance. The old ancient city within walking distance along the beach. Pool party in the pool was awesome (Thursday). Sea water was warm and the private beach was well organized with complimentary water and refreshments. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Cons:

I would prefer to see more meditation classes. At TUI Blue Barut Andiz there is on meditation class per week and it is just for 6 people. There were no spaces left for me to participate.

Good atmosphere for relaxing holiday
Pros:

Everything was very good. We enjoyed the time here. The hotel is very clean, food are amasing and the stuff is very friendly and helpful. They are creating a nice atmosphere for relaxing and enjoying fully our holiday. The beach was very close to the hotel building, also easy to walk into the old town. Lot of nice cats in the hotel, which are very feiendly and make you feel home.
