Me cargaron el importe de la estancia a la tarjeta dos veces, booking ya que ésta fué una reserva de pago por adelantado y también Aloft al llegar, espero se solucione pronto!

la ubicacion es estrategica y facil acceso a varias entidades bancarias transporte publico super mercados farmacias, mall de aventura restorantes estacionamiento cerca lugares nocturnos

sugerencia colocar otro juego de toallas en las habitaciones
colocar hans sanitaizer en las entradas de los elevadores y el lobi
colocar una vascula que permita a los huespedes pesar sus maletas
y en la pared de las habitacioes colocar colgadores para reposar carteras o chaquetas toallas cualquier otro articulo

Excelente localização!
Pros:

Ampla, boas camas, pia com boa bancada no banheiro.

Cons:

Chuveiro ruim, pouca água. Camarareira ruim. Tirou toalhas e não repôs, sempre faltava algo na acomodação.

I called he hotel to let them know I was booking the night before as I was arriving very early. They finally gave me the room, but initially told me the reservation had been cancelled!
