I loved my whole stay while in Miami and the staff was amazing!

The hall was a little bit complicated
The hotel was very nice. Pool was accessible and the laundry was easy to use. The room was spacious and clean but could do with more storage. Swimming pool was good also.
Travel to Miami was via Uber ($40) and took over 30mins. Local buses buses were over 1.5hrs to Miami. the Brightline train was a 30min walk. Not really near anything except the mall and racetrack (both a 20min walk).

I really want to recognize Nikki and Martha because they were truly the highlight of my stay at the Aloft Aventura. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made such a lasting impression on my family and turned a great stay into an exceptional one.
First, Nikki at the front desk provided one of the best check-in experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with a warm smile and a genuine sense of kindness that immediately made us feel welcome. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and comforting, taking the time to ensure that everything about our check-in process went smoothly. Her positive attitude and outstanding hospitality stood out and made a lasting impression on our family. Nikki has a natural ability to make guests feel valued and cared for, and she is truly an asset to this hotel.
I would also like to give a special thank you to Martha, who provided exceptional service during breakfast. She was attentive, thoughtful, and anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. What meant the most to us was the sweet gesture she made for our daughter, who was celebrating her birthday. Martha surprised her with a delicious muffin early that morning to help make her birthday extra special. It was such a thoughtful act of kindness that brought a huge smile to our daughter’s face and made our family feel so appreciated.
Nikki and Martha both exemplify what outstanding customer service should look like. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care turned a simple hotel stay into a truly special experience. Because of them, we will absolutely return to the Aloft Aventura and highly recommend it to anyone looking for exceptional hospitality.

Best hotel very clean
Everything was great
The hotel is in a really great location for bars and restaurants. Easy walking distance to Target also. We stayed for the F1 Grand Prix weekend and was great for Ubers to the Hard Rock Stadium. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious.
