Food takes too long to arrive. Our rooms were not clean until 16:30 pm! We had to request a room cleaning. Not enough staff members. Overall it was not a “luxury hotel” experience as they call themselves. Very disappointed from the staff service.

حلوة ممتازة، الاوتيل نظيف وريحته حلوة البركة بتجنن والسباحة فيها فرصة ما بتتعوض، البحيرة كمان كانت بتجنن

The hotel was absolutely amazing truly top class. Every member of the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. They made our stay even more enjoyable with their kindness and professionalism. If I ever come back to Aqaba, I will definitely stay at this hotel again. Highly recommended!

Отель расположен относительно рядом от центра .10 минут ходьбы или 3 мин на такси до центральных туристических улиц.обслуживание перонала на высшем уровне.чисто,текстиль всегда свежий,уборка номеров и смена полотенец каждый день.на территории отеля нет кулеров но 2 раза в день носят бутылочки воды на пляже и так же ставят в номер маленькие бутылочки.
