Overall wonderful stay, I will definitely be back.

Great comfortable room.
Pros:

We did not get up in time for the breakfast.

Cons:

Columbus has to many one-way streets and at night it was so dark with minimal lighting. Coming from another city and never been to Columbus, we got lost a lot. Also, we left a day early because of an emergency at home, we thought they would credit us the remaining time.

Cons:

Upon arrival 2 staff members were at the counter. One did nothing while the other checked everyone in. We were on a floor with a girls soccer team that was running the halls all hours of the night and kept us awake. My son had a school presentation to do the following day. The bathroom door did not lock and upon arrival the entire hall smelled of weed. When leaving the front desk associate was extremely rude and presented as if her face would crack if she smiled

The location makes this hotel a good choice for anyone wanting to stay near the downtown

Cons:

1-No housekeeping or towel changes during my two-night stay
2-Breakfast was poor; I had to eat elsewhere
3- Overall felt more like a 2.5-star hotel than expected

Pros:

The spread for breakfast was excellent. The location was perfectly located and not far from the museum or the gardens. The room was a great size and lived the little kitchenette.

Cons:

The bathroom door would slide shut on it own and lock itself and it took a minute to open it. Had to keep a shoe in the door way to stop that.

It’s well kept and comforting

Cons:

Rooms were a little dirty and they say non smoking rooms but one of our rooms smelled like smoke pretty bad. The pillows are not comfortable at all and the room was either too hot or too cold we couldn’t get it to stay at a decent temp.

Great place at an even greater value!
Pros:

Always my go to place when I stay in Columbus for work. Easily accessible, always clean, friendly staff. I always feel safe when I stay here as well. I just met the Sales Manager and she strives for customer satisfaction. Always coming back!
