The room was a decent size with sitting area.
From the moment of check in it was terrible. We were told that we had to wait for shift change before we could check in and it was 3 o’clock. Once we checked in and got to our room, we had been there for maybe 40 minutes and we had tried to lay down and take a nap and somebody proceeded to walk into our room. Upon discovery, the lady working the front desk had got the names mixed up and had checked us into somebody else’s room. When she had called up to the room to ask us to verify the name, she had then told us that she would upgrade our room. Ask us to come downstairs. We told her that we were in town for a show and we promptly had to leave in a half an hour, and she said that it would take more than that to get that taken care of so we could just stay in the room. Well, we then discovered that the person that had walked into our room was the original person who had booked it in the end we were told to stay in the room and the manager in the morning, had taken care of it and refunded us our money. There needs to be a more extensive way of checking people’s names upon arrival and check-in. The staff on the afternoon seemed very careless and not concerned at all that we had just had somebody walk into our room while we were there.
Spot on for the local vibe.
Lack of staff.

Parking fee of course
Breakfast and room was clean!

Didn't realize you allowed dogs along with other guests. That should be included online with other info so people can look to stay at other places.
We arrived in the evening for a long weekend and was greeted professionally and politely by Alexyss. This hotel is located easily off of I70 and very convienient to get around town without all the short north traffic. Our room was clean, spacious, and the best air conditioning we have ever experienced in a hotel ANYWHERE! We, who like it cold and can never get cold, had it set at 68, and the room was actually frigid. this was perfect for sleeping as the duvet on the bed kept us quite warm underneath.
Breakfast each morning was nice with several options of waffels, sausage, potatoes, various breads for toasting, bacon, biscuits, and sooooo much more. I am not a coffee drinker, but the pods in room were actually quite nice (says my other half) we have alreadylogged on and ordered some coffee for home. Even the decaff before we asked for more smelled amazing!!!!
At check out, The lady working on Monday June 29th (middle age to older black lady) was super friendly, greeted me as Hilton Gold Elite, and asked if i needed any help or directions. This whole trip was amazing. Normally i stay at the hilton in the short north, and love it, but these rooms were sooooo much larger, and the staff was so much more inviting, that i think this will be our regular cbus hotel. Plus the self park for easier come& go that is literally half the cost of other downtown hotels
Outdated. Not the greatest neighborhood.Very noisy. Rom had a strong cleaner smell to it.
Friendly staff nice room it had a fridge, microwave, dishes, dishwasher nice sized.
My bathroom had hair on the floor and shower.
The room was close to the places we visited. The hotel in nice and comfortable. I wish we had time to grill. That was a plus!
I didn't realize the rooms weren't cleaned everyday. When asked for towels the housekeeper asked who had our room. She should have just gave ne some towels and took that up with her co workers later. She never gave us towels. I got them from the front desk
Extremely clean. Nicest hotel room I’ve ever had.
AC unit was very loud and took a long time to cool down the room.
