Fiquei hospedada por três noites no **W Panama** e tive uma experiência excelente.

A localização é muito boa. Embora o hotel não esteja exatamente na Cinta Costera, fica bem próximo, o que me permitiu sair para correr com tranquilidade. A região é segura, agradável e relativamente silenciosa.

No momento do check-in, recebi um upgrade de quarto por ser associada ao programa de fidelidade da rede. A equipe foi extremamente gentil e atenciosa ao oferecer um quarto melhor devido à disponibilidade, o que tornou minha estadia ainda mais especial.

Cheguei tarde ao hotel e utilizei o serviço de quarto. Pedi uma canja de arroz com galinha, que estava simplesmente deliciosa. O atendimento foi muito eficiente e cordial.

O café da manhã merece destaque especial: sensacional! Extremamente completo, com grande variedade de frutas, pães, bolos, pratos quentes e ovos preparados na hora. Um diferencial muito interessante era a estação com diversos ingredientes para a preparação de sucos personalizados, permitindo combinar frutas, legumes e vegetais de acordo com a preferência de cada hóspede. Os funcionários eram muito atenciosos e sempre dispostos a ajudar e agradar.

A única coisa de que senti falta foi a oferta de espumante de cortesia no café da manhã, algo que costumo encontrar em outros hotéis cinco estrelas.

O serviço de limpeza dos quartos também foi excelente. Os quartos são muito confortáveis, silenciosos e têm um tamanho excelente.

Gostaria ainda de destacar o atendimento da recepção, especialmente do **Serge**, que, assim como os demais colaboradores, foi extremamente atencioso e prestativo.

Também utilizamos a agência de turismo localizada no térreo do hotel, onde fomos atendidos pela **Valentina** e pelo **Alexander**.

Pros:

Beds are excellent quality and rooms are very big and modern. Staff especially Joe at reception was extremely helpful. Also the staff in the downstairs street lobby.

Cons:

The sound insulation in the rooms are terrible. I could have a conversation with my son next door through the wall. The walls inbetween the rooms are not concrete.
