They couldn’t find our booking revelation and it took them awhile to find it and correct it which made us late for our dinner reservation
Right across from TD Gardens
Traffic encountered to get to location
Loved the room
From check in with Tony- who was excellent, to bar staff and valet all were excellent!
Nothing
Staff and facilities were great
More expensive than other nearby hotels. $7.50 charge for a bottle of water
Emet took great care of us during our visit. He was professional, accommodating and hospitable to all of our questions. Specifically, he handled our unique medication requests for one of our kids with ease minimizing our concern. Our room was outstanding, clean and comfortable overlooking an amazing view of the Tobin Bridge. We really enjoyed the location’s proximity and convenience to historic areas, public transportation and sports venues.
The room was nice. Great view!
Several things
1) I called the listed number twice and was automatically directed to an administrator, who did not pick up. Each time I left a name and number. On neither occasion was my call returned.
2) For Boston Marathon, most runners will not return to the hotel until 1:30 on. Most runners need an hour or so to shower and move out. So maybe 2:30 to 4:00 pm, Having to book an extra day for at most 4 hours after 12:00 pm check out is exorbitant. The room charges for Saturday and Sunday are already outrageous. Hyatt should charge a late check out fee rather than a full night fee. Or maybe we should just return to the hotel and change in the lobby.
3) So you got more this time, but never again.
WOW! Wonderful stay = 1 overnight for the Celtics final home game. It was a sisters' trip, so we had connecting rooms. Rooms were spacious, very clean - the beds were extremely comfortable and location was unbeatable. Upon check-in, Tommy was super-efficient and engaging. We asked him if he had any recommendations for dinner in the North End; not only did he have a recommendation, he advised he'd call to get us a reservation (after we had discussed the type of food and time). We were in our rooms no longer than 10 minutes and Tommy called with a reservation confirmation. After a quick 10-minute walk, we arrived at Libertine North End. The atmosphere at Libertine was really welcoming and the food was delicious. We headed to the Celtics game which was very fun. And even more, was the convenience and location of the Courtyard. Literally diagonally across the street from TD Garden. We had breakfast downstairs the next day then strolled over to XOXO for coffee. We would highly recommend a stay at the Courtyard (we've discussed making it an annual tradition).
Emet & Tony took great care of us during check in, check out, answered questions we had, and were very friendly with us and all other guests that went to the desk and called on the phone. Room was amazing with a fantastic view of the Memorial bridge! We had a great visit, loved the location close to train station, close to grocery store, restaurants, bars and walking distance to historic areas too!
Tony is an amazing person who greets customers was a big smile and works to ensure that customers feel welcome and their needs are met! He worked to ensure that my husband and I understood available parking options which saved us money. He also helped us get checked in with no issues after we had booked through a third party. Tony is an amazing asset to this hotel and will help to make sure all customers feel welcome and comfortable!
This is my go to hotel in Boston! It’s a great location easy to get to off the highway, easy access to Orange line and no station. But what makes this hotel so great is an excellent staff. Tony is always there to greet with a smile and take care of any needs I have. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Nothing but praise for this wonderful Boston hotel.
Staff was awesome and personable!! Check-in/out made us feel welcome and engaged in brief conversation. Cafe staff were very friendly and answered questions(about menu) in detail. First time in a while I have visited a cafe/coffee shop who had “old school” interaction skills and who did not seem bothered to do their job.
The water bottle in the hotel room is faced in a manner that until it’s too late, you didn’t realize it was a $7 charge rather than complimentary.
