Great hotel, staff

We were impressed with the hotel staff and the location was just steps to TD Garden, the T and the Downeaster train. Room was quiet, clean and our bags were held for convenience before and after our stay!
A great choice for a Boston getaway.

Hands down the best Courtyard I've ever stayed at. The location is excellent, the rooms are modern and comfortable, the views are stunning, and the team ensures you have a great time. Also, a good gym, if you have time to enjoy it. Miguel at the bar, Mousa in housekeeping, and Emit at the front desk were all stellar. Thank you.

We spent two nights across from TD Garden in Boston. We saw a Celtics and Redsox game on back to back days. Tony at the front desk was excellent to myself and my wife. He went out of his way to ensure we understood the transit, options for food, and just showed us positive regard when we needed it most. Great experience and a great person.

This was my first time staying at the Courtyard Boston, Downtown/North Station and I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of the staff, especially Tony. He was professional, but also very friendly and helpful. As someone, who has worked with the public during my entire professional career, Tony was a breath of fresh air, and I hope he will continue to work at this location. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable I have experienced in a while.

Just wanted to share this. I was visiting Boston for a Yankees/Red Sox series. On my way to the game when my blood sugar dropped. An issue I’ve been having. When it happens, I get confused and disoriented. A gentleman named,Tony who works for you, noticed I was in distress. The antidote is sugar. When he realized what was wrong he brought me over a side and a bag of skittles. He saved the day and then wouldn’t let me pay for it. Customer service that is very rare these days. Thanks again, Tony!!

Wonderful hotel and staff made our stay memorable. Delroy and Tony at the front desk were professional, helpful, kind, and did whatever it took to make our stay pleasurable. Delroy was able to get us into our room sooner than expected and Tony knows the city so well that his directions to attractions were spot on. I would highly recommend this hotel for not only its location and clean and comfortable rooms, but for the exceptional service you will receive by the staff. The location is fantastic and spotless! Zahed was so friendly and helpful when we checked in, which made our trip off to a wonderful start.

The Hotel is amazing it was perfect for me and my family from Maine we took the Downeaster train and the hotel is right across from the station perfect location, the staff was absolutely incredible Delroy was an amazing gentleman he was able to get me, my wife and our two year old checked in early so the little one could grab a nap. The room had an outstanding view and the hotel has such amazing amenities. And lastly he was such an amazing guy he hooked me and the wife up with a free drink at the bar for the evening. Truly such an amazing time and within the first 20 minutes of being in town people were so nice im very happy with my stay would 100% recommend to anyone and especially families with small children.

My husband and I took a long weekend trip to Boston to see one of our favorite DJs and explore the city together (it was my first time there after being on my list for years). From the moment we walked into the lobby until the moment we checked out, we felt welcomed and cared for. And while all the staff we encountered were great, our experience was truly made special because of one man: Tony Delroy! The best way to describe Tony is joy in human form. And he was that way with every guest that I saw, whether on the phone or in person. Every interaction was personable and infused with positivity. He made such an impression on us that we brought him a loaf of banana bread from North Street Grille just to make sure he knew how much he was appreciated. We need more Tony's in the world and definitely in the service/hospitality industry. Thanks again for making our visit so memorable, Tony!

Very clean, updated rooms, polite front desk staff, great location, what else does one need? Rooms a perhaps a bit pricier than others, but that’s about location near TD. Perhaps the only thing is that lobby food was very expensive, better to just find food elsewhere. Otherwise, one of the best Courtyard by Marriott hotels I’ve stayed at.
