Catastrophique.

J'ai vraiment de la difficulté à me souvenir ce que j’aurais pu aimer tellement c’était un cauchemar.

Cons:

Nous n’avons pas fermé l'œil de la nuit avec des adolescents laissés seuls par leurs parents dans la chambre a côté qui ont empêché tout le monde de dormir. Nous avons commencé à prévenir la réception à 21h sans aucune aide.
La police a fini par intervenir. Au check out, aucune solution proposée.
Et finalement, cerise sur le gâteau, l’hôtel a prélevé 1200€ sur ma carte de crédit. J’ai mis plus de 15 jours a avoir un remboursement en prévenant Mariott.
Booking en est encore a me dire qu’ils vont revenir vers moi dans 48h... cela fait 2 mois. Aucune assistance.
J’ai bien sûr toutes les copies des échanges.

A good location

The elevators! Hour wait to get to are room!
The staff was never around
My shower didn’t have body soap had to wait until the cleaning staff the next day
Try to check out and no one was up front. I wanted to ask how much parking was and no one way up front i have charges for $60 don’t know what for
