El alojamiento muy cómodo y bonito

Cons:

Tuve problemas para que aceptaran que hice el pago a través de booking, me dijeron que así no se podía. Tuvimos un pequeño problema con una tarjeta de crédito y cobraron doble y hasta que no lo devuelvan no estoy segura que está seguro la devolución del dinero.

Pros:

Everything except availability of luggage racks when leaving.

Cons:

When I got ready to check out, there were no luggage racks in the lobby. This was at 5 o’clock in the morning. I have a lot of bags for me and my mom and my sister.

Pros:

Breakfast was great, room was way bigger than we thought, staff was incredibly nice and the location was very good. We were easily able to walk around downtown, didn't need to book a rental car. Overall very happy with our stay.

L’habitació era espaiosa, els llits i coixins comfortables, i el bany ample i separat de la zona de rentamans. Estava molt cèntric.

Cons:

Li mancava una miqueta de manteniment i el sistema d’ascensors era una mica estrany, per exemple, trobar la piscina ens va portar una bona estona a causa d’aquest sistema.

For what they charge they do not offer what most other hotels offer. I will not stay at another Aloft again.
Pros:

Was downtown.

Cons:

No microwave in room. You have to go downstairs to use their microwave. Parking costs $40 a night even though you are staying there. Beds were hard. To get clean towels you have to go downstairs to the front desk to get what you need for your room even though the cleaning people are on your floor. The toilet paper holder was broken. The ice machine is on a different floor you have to go looking for it. You have to pay for breakfast. There’s a window in the shower that goes into the sleeping area so no much privacy.

Very nice place, very modern. Could hear people just talking on the street. It was hard to sleep.

The worse hotel I have ever stayed in.
Pros:

I would not recommend this hotel. There is not a microwave in the room. You have to go downstairs to use the microwave. They charge for breakfast & charge $40 a night for parking your car. ( Other hotels charge $10) We called to request clean towels at the front desk & was told they would bring them, none showed up. The next day I called to get clean towels & the garbage dumped & they said ok but was not done. When we got back later that day we called again for clean towels & was told we had to go downstairs to the main desk to pick them up. The toilet paper holder was broken. When taking a shower there is a window into the sleeping area where you can see someone taking a shower.

Frustrating Experience
Pros:

This hotel was literally a total pain in the you know what! There was one unloading valet spot to unload your luggage and no parking places open on the block. .There was no help with getting help with luggage not even a luggage cart to use. Because there was only one spot for to unload tied to take everything in one trip and ended up dropping clothes on the road. Our room was on the 10th floor & hauling an overnight bag, purse, hang up clothes & back pack up to the room my shoulders & back were aching. The elevator was another frustrating experience. Upon checking in there was no information given on how to use the unique elevator system. We figured out there was one control on the edge wall (not in the elevators) that controlled 6 elevators. There were often many people waiting on a slow elevator system. On one trip up to our room, the elevator took us to the 8th floor & not the 10th floor. We got out & people got in the elevator & upon noticing we were on the wrong floor the elevator was gone. We tried several times to get to the 10 floor from the eighth & was unable to get an elevator. We finally went back down to the lobby & then back up to our room. In addition, just so you know the overnight parking for 1 night was $43! The only thing I liked was the DryBar lotion & body wash.

Pros:

Great hotel.
We stayed there for a week, in a suite. Value for money was not great, but the view was fine, so was the valet and service.
Interior was a little old but ok.

Nice Hotel, Good Location
Pros:

This was a nice hotel with excellent facilities in a good location in downtown Fort Worth, close to Sundance Square and the Water Gardens. You'll need to catch a cab over to the Stockyards from here, but it's quick and cheap, most cost me $12-14, and it's a quick ride, 10 minutes or so. The hotel has a nice gym and indoor pool, the rooms are large, nice and clean, the beds are a good size too

el ruido del aire acondicionado del edificio en la pieza 1330. imposible descansar. imposible de arreglar. nuestra estadia era solo una nocheo de manera que no pedimos cambio de habitación.
