Confusing elevators & parking, but was great otherwise
Pros:

Clean, location was good. Didn’t stay in hotel much. Interactions with staff were great. Always had a smile and eager to help.

Cons:

Elevators were a little confusing. Parking was a hassle. Should be included in your stay. Instead it is an extra $50 to stay just one night.

Pros:

Great location, love the recharge station, self-service laundry, gym and pool. Room was nice.

Cons:

Front desk staff were not very friendly and it felt like we were being annoying whenever we asked them questions. They need to remember that the guests are new to the hotel and the area, we will have questions. When my partner went to the front desk to buy something from the recharge station the staff member was questioning him in a rude tone about whether he was a guest or not.

Would recommend but the elevators and switches were really frustrating.
Pros:

Location is great, staff was helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The ‘smart elevators’ are just the opposite. Guests were confused, and it’s hard to find the pool area- pool elevator stayed very wet. The light switches in the room are also very confusing. Not simple.

Overpriced for the kevel of service.
Pros:

Excellent location and the staff was friendly.

Cons:

TV didn’t work and the safe didn’t work, both were repaired by a very nice workman. Daily room cleanup did not occur. We had to request more coffee, creamer and towels. They said stay hydrated compliments of Marriott, that was a total of 1 small bottle for a 4 day stay.

Location good, other things not good.
Pros:

Sorry, but rooms were overpriced. Our TV and the room safe were both not working, but were fixed by a nice repairman. Room cleaning and re-suppling were non-existent. They said, stay hydrated compliments of Marriott, that consisted of 1 small bottle of water over the 4 day stay . Room was OK, location was very good, but we would not stay there again.
