Unremarkable stay.
Pros:

Close proximity to everything.

Cons:

Bathroom floor wasn’t clean, AC in room made a constant clinking noise, couldn’t order room service because their method of accessing menu wasn’t working, and lastly, did not have microwave in room.

Somewhat disappointing.
Pros:

The location was good and the hotel was clean.

Cons:

The accessible room we booked was ridiculous. The basin is so high that even as a fully capable person I couldn’t reach properly. The door doesn’t jam open so navigating this while in a wheelchair or on crutches is not possible. There is a frosted window in the bathroom into the room which you can see through to a fair degree. So decent privacy cannot be expected.

Pros:

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Almost all of the staff were respectful, friendly, and professional. Overall, everything else about the property was excellent, and we enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

Unfortunately, one of the front desk employees was not welcoming or professional. She never smiled or greeted us, spoke in a harsh and irritated manner, avoided eye contact, and came across as very rude. This was very different from the rest of the staff, who were respectful and pleasant.

I also believe the housekeeping staff should be reminded to keep their voices down in the hallways. They often talked and laughed very loudly, sometimes having loud phone conversations while cleaning rooms. Not every guest checks out early. Some of us stay at hotels specifically to sleep late, relax, and enjoy some peace and quiet. We have stayed at several other hotels in downtown Fort Worth, and they have generally been much quieter.

Prima verblijf voor een paar dagen op een goede locatie
Pros:

Ruime en hoge kamer, schoon, goede locatie

Cons:

Weinig licht op de kamer dus er mogen wel wat lampen bij. De douchestraal is erg hard en niet aan te passen.
