Good hotel. Amazing breakfast attendant.
Pros:

Was there from this past Wednesday to Sunday. The hotel was clean, conveniently located, and reasonably priced. What really stood out was the woman who was in charge of breakfast each day. I failed to get her name but she was very attentive to all guests and believe me she had to deal with some stuff.

wonderful!
Pros:

We stayed here on the way home from vacation. We usually don't stay at a downtown hotel, but this one had excellent ratings. The service at the front desk was great; parking was very easy and reasonable. Our room had a ceiling fan - a real plus for air movement. A/C worked well. Shower and bed were great, especially after a long day's drive. Breakfast was hot, tasty and plentiful. Breakfast staff worked very hard to keep plenty of food out for everyone. Would stay here again

Would stay here again.
Pros:

Would stay here again. Close to Louisville Slugger factory. Used the laundry and it was good. Room is perfect for families. Breakfast was good. Would totally recommend.

Great Hotel
Pros:

Great location! The hotel was super clean and had everything we needed- gym, indoor pool, nice breakfast, Wednesday free Happy Hour with snacks, and a pool table. The young man at the front desk was amazing and made us feel very welcome! He was the only staff member who was happy and personable! He went out of his way to be kind and helpful. I didn’t get his name, but he shared that he is in college. The only negative about this place is the parking. It is not included and costs $32 a day in the garage next door, which is not attached to the hotel. We lugged several bags and a cooler down 4 flights of parking garage steps and down the sidewalk in 100 degree weather. Then, we had to do it all again when checking out. If I’m paying that much to park, it should be more convenient.

Loved this stay - we would come back!
Pros:

We enjoyed a very comfortable and friendly visit at the downtown location. It was within walking distance of a number of distillery showrooms and some restaurants. The complimentary breakfast was nicer and more varied than the usual ones; they had chia seed pudding! The evening snacks and drinks were a nice surprise. What stood out the most was the friendly and helpful service provided by everyone we encountered who worked there. I want to mention Emma in particular; she went out of her way to put us at ease and make our stay was as comfortable as possible. Also, Lase and Bre were wonderful to see with such kind and welcoming greetings each day.

Great location and great staff!
Pros:

All of your staff - front desk, breakfast service - were wonderful and very friendly.

Cons:

We stayed 4 nights and my room never had housekeeping come in. Needed to get things at the front desk that were not replaced.
