Comfortable stay in a convenient location
Pros:

Excellent and convenient location, located right across from the port and an easy walk from the train station (even with luggage). Good breakfast available for an additional fee. Small convenience store in the lobby and free cold water available for guests. Bed and room was comfortable with amenities like a small fridge, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, etc

Cons:

The rooms were a bit on the small size but otherwise, it was great.

Stylisches Hotel in guter Lage mit Luft nach oben

Gute & tatsächliche Reklamationsbearbeitung
Bis auf eine junge blonde Dame - alle rezeptionsmitarbeiter sehr nett
Fruehstueck war reichhaltig , wurde aber so ab 10:30 nicht mehr aufgefüllt (Käse , Obst) obwohl bis 12:00 Uhr offen

Cons:

Viele Sachen die nicht funktionierten, TV, Klimaanlage nur bis 23 Grad runter (war aber in den heißen Tagen), Fenster nicht zu öffnen, für Durchzug . Telefon ging nicht, so dass immer das Anstehen an der Rezeption nötig war .
Erstes Zimmer hatte Fenster so in der Ecke dass kein Licht ins Zimmer kam

Duur verblijf met schijnluxe en slaaptekort
Cons:

Ik had bewust gekozen voor Bruno vanwege het ontbijtarrangement tot 12:00. Wij wilden graag lang uit kunnen slapen tijdens ons uitje naar Rotterdam en hebben daarom bewust een luxe kamer geboekt in een wat duurder hotel met de verwachting dat we hiermee wat extra comfort en rust zouden krijgen. Helaas stelde het verblijf op vrijwel alle fronten teleur.

De grootste tegenvaller was dat we beide ochtenden rond 08:00 uur werden gewekt door luidruchtige schilders die in het hotel aan het werk waren. Een hotel mag natuurlijk onderhoud uitvoeren, maar gasten die 200 euro per nacht betalen zouden daar niet de dupe van mogen worden. Zeker als je ontbijt tot 12:00 uur aanbiedt, mag je verwachten dat je ook daadwerkelijk kunt uitslapen.

Daarnaast waren er meerdere zaken die niet overeenkwamen met wat was beloofd of simpelweg niet op orde waren:

Volgens de Booking-pagina zouden badjassen inbegrepen zijn. Toen ik vooraf aangaf dat we ons 10-jarig jubileum kwamen vieren, werd juist geprobeerd ons een verjaardag/jublieum arrangement met badjassen te verkopen.
Op de kamer hing een stofweb.
De koelkast werkte niet.
De Chromecast-verbinding was zo slecht dat streamen naar de televisie niet mogelijk was.
De televisie kon niet richting het bed worden gedraaid.
Op de kamerpagina stond vermeld dat er een bank aanwezig zou zijn, maar die ontbrak volledig.

Na ons verblijf heb ik contact opgenomen om de klachten netjes te bespreken. Na twee weken wachten kwam er een ractie. In plaats van begrip werd mij vooral verteld dat ik het "eerder had moeten melden". Dat vind ik een erg teleurstellende reactie. Pas op de tweede ochtend werd duidelijk dat het om schilders ging en we verbleven slechts twee nachten, waardoor er nauwelijks gelegenheid was om het probleem nog op te lossen. Als compensatie werd slechts korting op een volgend verblijf aangeboden.
