Our TV didn’t work. We requested it to be fixed 3 times. We had to change rooms after one night. The keys to our new room didn’t work. They gave us 2 free drinks to apologise.
The decoration and ambience. Also that I was offered a free upgrade. As a Bonvoy member you appreciate these things.
