A gorgeous, comfortable and an exceptional stay. Highly recommended.
Pros:

Extravagant hotel that didn't miss a beat. Exceptional facilities, great gym (and PT) and amenities. No stone was unturned regarding the room, comfort, design and staff. Highly recommend.

Cons:

If you're driving in, you'll need to use the valet service. In saying this, the valet staff were very exceptional and attentive.

Our stay was superb. I can't wait to bring my Husband back for several nights.
Pros:

The Room, the vibe of the unusual decor, was exciting, and amenaties were acceptional.
The Cocktails were amazing. Valet Parking and luggage transfer was considerate and prompt.

It could have been spectacular but they missed the mark.

The suite was a great layout and the river views were fantastic.

Cons:

They told us checkin was at 3pm. We did not get access our room until 4.45pm and there was a crumpled up tissue, a champagne cork and empty water bottle on the carpet in the lounge area under the coffee table and the toilet seat was dirty... We paid for the pet package so our little dog could stay with us in the hotel room which they were going to charge us $180 for. I was told there would be a pet bed, water bowl, snacks and a dog menu for her - there was none of that and the staff were too busy to deal with it because it was Riverfire night. I understand the staff were busy so we did not worry too much because we brought what we needed. When I told the staff at checkout they waived the pet fee which was nice of them, thank you.

The room was so comfy and the pool was awesome

Cons:

That my 11 year old could not cone with me to the magnesium pool and Spa. She uses them all the time in Japan and we were disappointed she wasn’t allowed to here.

Great location,superior stylish comfort.
Pros:

Lovely stylish room with brilliant view of the river. Always love the lighting options and the huge number of mirrors! After 3 visits to W Brisbane, we now know how to open the blue fridge cupboard!

Cons:

It would be great to be given more coffee pods, 4 isn't enough!
Breakfast coffee service was really slow, despite us being first in at 7am.
Cost is very steep at $520 per night, then another $70 for parking.

gorgeous rooms :-) very clean and comfortable.
Cons:

Service at the bar. Didnt have Chablis at pool bar, waited about 20 minutes probably more. But, did give us a warm blanket as it was windy.
