Cons:

Room was full.of mould wasnt happy at all then rjey called mw ans asked me.to come back down the office as they had forgot to charge me the security deposit so I went back down lucky I checked my bank first because they had charged me already not good impression ans room was not just mouldy but dirty too

Perfect for people who need to be close to Gold Coast University Hospital. Easy to get there and around by public transport. Sharks Sports facilities are next door which is convenient.

Very good accommodation & facilities
Pros:

The whole experience was fantastic- great venue plus facilities & a bonus being next to the Club! The food & bars there are outstanding!

Cons:

A shuttle bus service that could take you into Surfers & local amenities like the tram station & shops would have been very helpful

Clean room but very disappointed to be given the lowest of the rooms.
Pros:

Sharks club close and hotel close to area

Cons:

For being a repat guest the we have got the lowest standard room next to the lift.....booked out is not an excuse.
Plus a bathroom with no sink, which I have never seen.
