Pros:

Overall, I had a pleasant stay, but there were a few areas that could be improved.
On the positive side, the staff were very friendly, courteous, and helpful throughout the stay. I would especially like to appreciate Oner, who works in the restaurant. He was exceptionally attentive, polite, and welcoming, and his service really stood out. His positive attitude and professionalism made the dining experience much more enjoyable.

Cons:

The main issue was with the air conditioning in the room, as it was not providing proper cooling and made the room less comfortable than expected. I also noticed that the lobby air conditioning was switched off after around 10:30 PM, which was unexpected and made the common area quite warm. It would be better to keep the lobby adequately cooled, especially during the late evening and night.

Not Hilton but ok for Tirana
Pros:

This was our second stay at the Hilton during our trip, for two nights, one of which was before our flight. We were politely checked in at night, I had to pay for both the first and second nights, but the second check-in was for an extra night because the Hilton staff apparently can't understand situations when you arrive early in the morning or late at night, and just need a place to stay. So you’re forced to pay for the full night, even if you're not actually there. For Tirana, it's a good location. As I already mentioned, it's about10 minutes by taxi, 15 minutes in traffic, or about half an hour on foot. There are also cafes and small restaurants nearby. The location is convenient. Noise levels in the hotel are fairly high, but not unbearable. The main downside of the hotel is the very modest breakfast, which absolutely does not meet Hilton standards. The breakfast selection is very limited and there are no fresh juices. Everything is quite basic. The staff are friendly and always ready to help. As always, the beds are comfortable, the pillows are soft, and the in-room amenities are decent, about a four out of five. Overall, the stay can be rated as positive. Thank you.

Good location but poor breakfasts
Pros:

Overall, the hotel is not a Hilton-class property, but it is quite acceptable and decent for Tirana. The breakfast is very meager and limited, without fresh juices, and the food selection overall is quite poor. There is no bellboy service, so luggage is not carried to the room. The welcome is warm, and there are no hidden extra fees, which is a nice surprise for a hotel of this type. Beds are comfortable, pillows are soft, and bedding is decent, while the furniture is average. There is no rain shower, and extra amenities like cotton pads are only available upon request, with basic toothpaste provided in the room. On the sixth floor there is a gym, but it's not highly recommended and there are no additional facilities. The reception staff are nice, and the restaurant staff are friendly as well. The location is fairly good. By taxi, it's about10 minutes to the city center in traffic. On foot, it's roughly half an hour. A ride from the airport usually takes around 30 minutes, and about 15 minutes at night without traffic. Prices in the restaurant are reasonable.
