Enjoyable stay
Pros:

Clean, hospitable staff, good air conditioning, a hearty breakfast

Cons:

A bit far from the city centre, the vegetables in the morning buffet were dry, we had to ask for a shower cap (it was granted quickly, however, I expect the cap to be part of the standard amenities for such a price)

Rimane ad oggi l'hotel che preferisco quando devo andare a Tirana per business, ritengo che abbia un ottimo rapporto prezzo qualità e che la struttura sia di standard alto rispetto a servizi e comodità.

Cons:

Sarebbe bello avere un corner gluten free alla colazione, senza dover chiedere ogni volta per prodotti come latte di soya, pane senza glutine etc...la palestra non è male ma andrebbe un pochino aggiornata e completata.

I had the pleasure of meeting Diana, the Guest Relations Manager at the Hilton Garden Inn Tirana, and she made our entire stay unforgettable.
Diana is truly outstanding — warm, professional, attentive, and incredibly fun to speak with. She has a rare talent for making guests feel genuinely welcome and cared for. Every interaction with her was a highlight of our trip. Her positive energy, kindness, and dedication to service are exactly what great hospitality should be.
As a Hilton Gold member, I’ve stayed in many Hilton hotels, but people like Diana are the reason I remain a loyal and regular client. She represents the very best of Hilton.
Thank you Diana for your amazing service! You made our stay in Tirana truly special. I can’t recommend her enough.

Unreliable payment systems
Pros:

Everything about the hotel was fine and I would have ordinarily given it a much higher rating. However, the hotel charged my credit card twice by mistake, I.e. for double the amount due. Despite verbal & written promises of refunding the extra charge, it has now been a month and I still haven't received my refund despite numerous complaints and emails.

great and very professional accommodation
Pros:

incredibly clean, super nice staff, everything was very comfortable inside the room, great breakfast with a lot of variety and quality ingredients, easy access to underground parking

Cons:

this is more of an optional facility, but we did our laundry and the dryer ruined our clothes :( it doesn’t seem to function properly and we do not recommend using it

Déçu de la qualité des équipements et de la propreté pour une chaîne d’hôtel de ce standing. Sur les 3 hôtels que nous
Pros:

Le restaurant fabuleux avec une cuisine haut de gamme!!
La réception très belle, la décoration des communs, l’hôtel était beau.
Le personnel très aimable surtout au restaurant et les femmes de chambre.

Cons:

Nous étions 4 dans une chambre familiale. Sur le canapé lit 1 seul oreiller était présent. D’autre part, le matelas du canapé lit ainsi que les ressorts dessous étaient très très inconfortable, creusés, mes enfants 10 et 16 ans ont eu beaucoup de mal à dormir.
L’intérieur des toilettes était sale.
Nous avons regretté ne pas avoir une douche mais une baignoire un peu vieillotte. La pare douche laissait passer l’eau du coup le montant de la porte de laissait salle de bain était moisi.
Pour finir c’est subjectif mais la chambre faisait standard et deco datée…
