Horrific experience in lovely Mallorca

Only the rooms and the cleaners which are not worth it for the behavior of all the bad staff and the management

Very aggressive staff , they kicked aggressively my old parents on the rooftop just because they don’t speak English and didn’t manage to communicate and when my cousin interfered one security guy pushed him so hard he almost fell on the pool it was very dangerous and worst of all the reception respond to this with no care whatsoever but rather the opposite they were very rood and after all they even called the police to kick us out of the hotel be careful apparently when you sign on the check in process you are agreeing that they can kick you out if they want to without even needing to give u any reason . Literally the worst hotel experience of my life and I travel allot. I am telling you avoid this hotel at all costs not to mention the check in process takes soooo long and everyone in the hotel except the cleaners are angry and rood and have 0 professionalism . My parents and my cousin wife were crying and terrified and they showed no sympathy. All the other residents who witnessed that felt so sorry and they were checking on us if we are ok while the staff are saying they won’t disturb the manager and they took the decision. Horrific experience by all means . Take my word if you are coming to relax or have fun this is not the place to be .

Csodálatos!!
Pros:

5 napot töltöttünk a szálláson. A szobák , személyzet, medence kimagaslóan tökéletes , kilátás a tetőről mese beli, reggeli nagyon bőséges ,elhelyezkedése szuper. Inkább nyüzsgős környék. Nagyon közel a strand , itt a legszebb a part ,pedig bejártunk párat messzebb is, de ott koszos, zavaros volt a víz. Magaluf beach nagyon kiváló.

Cons:

Aki gyerekekkel jön és pihenni akar nem ez az ő helye szerintem. Hangos fiataloktól zeng az egész Magaluf hajnalokig, szobába minimálisan lehetett fel hallani, nem volt nagyon zavaró, de ez inkább fiatalos környék, akik bulizni vágynak tökéletes. A reggeli nagyon finom, rengeteg választék volt, viszont a vacsora nem volt az igazi. Mi fizettünk plusz a vacsoráért , arra elég volt hogy ne Éhezzünk de nem voltak valami finomat illetve nem volt sok választék, inkább elmentünk étterembe.

Falls nochmal Magaluf, dann 100% wieder dieses Hotel.

Das man mit dem Fahrstuhl nur in sein eigenes Stockwerk fahren konnte. Wir waren 10 personen auf 5 zimmer verteilt und auf mehrere Stickwerke

Non mi è piaciuto il casinò la notte urla delle persone in strada che si sentivano in camera nonostante le finestre chiuse .. e nella struttura dove gente gridava alle 3:00 4:00 di notte nei corridoi delle camere noi eravamo al 4 piano un casino.. ecco questo nn mi è piaciuto il resto era tutto perfetto

Pokój przestronny z widokiem na morze. Wygodne łóżko. Pokój codziennie sprzątany i codziennie wymieniane ręczniki. Śniadania urozmaicone z możliwością zjedzenia omleta przyrządzanego na życzenie przez kucharza. Basen na dachu z widokiem na morze.

Cons:

Słabe wygłuszenie w pokoju - słychać krzyki z miasta oraz innych pokoi. W pokoju czuć zapach z kanalizacji. W basenie woda nie jest podgrzewana.
