Alles in allem kann man das Hotel mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und lecker, der Service absolut freundlich und nett.

Cons:

Bei Benutzung des Parkhauses gegenüber fiel eine Gebühr von 12,50 € pro Tag an. Im Prinzip kein Problem, aber es hätte uns trotzdem gefreut, wenn das vorher erwähnt worden wäre.

Echter Service in zentraler Lage im Ortsteil
Pros:

(Kinder-)Freundlichkeit und Zusatzleistungen: Das Hotel hat mir erlaubt, Freunde, die in demselben Stadtteil wohnen, zum Frühstück ins Hotel einzuladen. Für den Sohn meiner Freunde (6 Jahre) wurde sogar das Frühstück gar nicht berechnet. Ferner erbrachte der Rezeptionist weitere Zustzleistungen: Wir konnten während des Frühstücks das nicht abschließbare Fahrrad des Jungen ebenso in Verwahrung geben wie nach dem Ausschecken mein Gepäck, als ich noch eine Runde um den Phoenixsee spazieren wollte.
