Pros:

Отличные условия размещения. Отель в тихом районе, рядом озеро. Номер брали для двоих с большой кроватью, матрас оптимальный по жесткости, для каждого гостя 2 удобные подушки. Имеется утюг, фен, гладильная доска, чайник с чайными принадлежностями, телевизор. В ванной имеются все необходимые косметические принадлежности: гель для душа, шампунь, кондиционер, лосьон для тела. Шторы «блэкаут», что очень удобно для комфортного сна. Завтрак великолепный. Персонал очень внимательный.

Удаленность от центра города, не сразу можно сориентироваться как добраться

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Pros:

Ein gutes Hotel mit sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeitern in optimaler Lage direkt am Phönixsee. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und gut, der Frühstücksraum gemütlich und einladend.

Cons:

Die Türen sind sehr schwergängig, für ältere Menschen nicht optimal

wir werden jetzt sehr wahrscheinlich öfter im Hampton am Phönixsee sein.
Pros:

uns hat fast alles gefallen. Lediglich die Schiebetür, die als Bad- und Schranktür fungiert war etwas schwerfällig zu schieben. Aber das war kein wirkliches Problem.

Cons:

nichts (das Wetter gehört ja noch nicht zum Hotelservice)

Gutes Hotel, ideal für Businessreisende
Pros:

Schönes gut gelegenes modernes Hotel mit sehr ordentlichem Frühstück und sehr netten Mitarbeitern. Das Hotel ist in einem sehr sauberen Zustand und war bei allen Besuchen ein idealer Übernachtungsort.

Alles was man braucht und viel mehr als die offiziellen 3 Sterne
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren ruhig und mit der Möglichkeit, Tee- und Kaffee zuzubereiten. Die Betten waren wirklich sehr bequem mit ordentlichen Kopfkissen. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig, sogar mit Eiern, Speck, Obst und Schoko-Croissants, und das in einem hellen, angenehmen Ambiente. Aufmerksames + freundliches Personal! Das Parkhaus direkt gegenüber war sehr praktisch, nicht überfüllt, mit großen Parkplätzen und relativ günstig. Es gab auch mehrere Restaurants (am benachbarten Phoenix-See) und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

Cons:

Da fällt mir echt nichts ein.

Tolle Lage, grosses Zimmer, bequemes Bett. Frühstück war sehr lecker.

Sehr großes Bad - aber kaum Ablageflächen...ein Hacken um das Handtuch aufzuhängen- definitiv zu wenig
