Terrible stay.
Pros:

I have nothing positive to say unfortunately. Worst experience

Cons:

- staff was extremely confused regarding rooms and payment which they blamed on the staff who was on duty earlier
- we produced proof of payment but they still did not know what to do
- poor customer service, your staff needs to be trained on communicating politely to customers
- there were ants all over our room
