Pros:

Interactie met het personeel is fantastisch, ze leggen alles duidelijk uit. Leuke lounge, het nodigde uit om in conversatie te gaan met elkaar en ook zo nieuwe mensen te leren kennen.

De bedden liggen super goed, met de iPod werken is handig. De douches waren proper en je werd voorzien van handdoeken.

Ligging is goed! Niet ver weg van alle leuke dingen die er te beleven zijn in shibuya.

Distressing & Poor customer service

Location, Cleaningness, the gentleman at the reception who did my check in was amazing.

Cons:

When making my reservation through Booking.com, I used the search filters for 1 adult and 1 child (6 years old). Based on these search criteria, Booking.com platform recommended and allowed me to book this hotel. After checking in, I left the hotel to collect my 6-year-old daughter from her father's partner's hotel, as he had to leave unexpectedly for a work matter. It was only then that the hotel staff informed me that I would not be allowed to bring my daughter into the hotel because of her age. The hotel acknowledged that the booking should not have been accepted under these circumstances. By this stage it was already after 10:00 pm. I had already ordered dinner, which I needed to collect to feed my daughter. The staff advised me that they could arrange another hotel, but only if I returned before 1:00 am. I explained that I would do my best but could not guarantee my return time because my priority was ensuring my daughter had dinner. I also explained that if i did not come back before 1am i will find a solution for my daughter. At no point have i requested to cancel my booking. When I eventually returned to the hotel at approximately 3:30 am, I discovered that everything had been removed from my room. There had been no phone call, no message through the Booking.com app, no email, and no note left in the room explaining what had happened. Given that all of my belongings had disappeared, I genuinely believed they had been stolen. Reception was closed until 6:00 am, leaving me waiting with no information or assistance. As a result of this situation, I was unable to shower or change after a long international flight. I was left extremely distressed and anxious, believing my belonging had been stolen, and I paid for accommodation and services that I was unable to use as intended. it is not okay to move a guest belonging who have paid for their accomodation.

일단 위치가 깡패 관광하고 쇼핑하고 짐이 너무 무거우면 숙소 들어가서 짐놓고 씻고 다시가도 가능한 위치
오전엔 다른 지역 갔다가 오후엔 여기주변만 돌아도 되니까 교통카드 충전금액을 다 쓰지 못했을 정도
진짜 위치가 정말로 깡패수준임 좀만 가면 바로 번화가인데 또 막상 숙소는 번화가 약간 벗어나있어서 괜찮음
어매니티도 자유롭게 가져갈 수 있었고 전체적으로 깔끔했어요
한국어가 좀 되는 직원분도 있으셨고 친절하셨고 직원분들도 대체로 친절했음

Cons:

단점은 캡슐호텔 특유의 전형적인 것들 정도? 공간이 작다 주변 숙박인 운이 필요하다 음식섭취를 위해서는 4층에서만 가능하다
뭐 이정도의 평범한 것들뿐입니다. 단점을 보완하려면 돈 더 주고 1인숙박하는 곳가면될듯

Super comfortable mixed pods, highly recommend
Pros:

Everything, easy to access Shibuya, super clean, quiet and hospitable. We stayed as a couple in the mixed gender floor, in side by side pods. Toilets and showers are super clean and the whole place very quiet. The beds are unbelievable comfortable - although I slept only for 2.5 hrs, they have an alarm that puts the bed in sitting position and turns the lights on to wake you up. Super cool ! Under the bed is very spacious for a large luggage. Breakfast was included but we left before started, but looked very nice. Receptionists are very friendly and welcoming. Such a shame we stayed only one night but I would certainly stay again.
Thank you all for the lovely time at The Millenials ! I highly recommend these super comfortable pods.

Clean and well-run facilities, but the atmosphere wasn’t the best fit for me.
Pros:

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the property was exceptionally clean and well organized. The facilities are modern, with a nice common area and a co-working space that make it easy to relax or get some work done. The location is also excellent for exploring Shibuya.

Cons:

The hostel is a large open dorm with many pods in one room, so it isn’t ideal if you’re looking for a quieter or more mature atmosphere. During my stay, some guests were loud, intoxicated, walked around in towels, and ignored the house rules by sleeping in other people’s pods. I also overheard some offensive comments from a few guests, which made me uncomfortable. Although there are many posted rules, I didn’t see them being consistently enforced. If you’re in your 30s or prefer a calmer environment, you may want to consider other options.

Absolutely fabulous amenities and location
Pros:

Absolutely fabulous! The locations was very convenient for transport and walking for sight-seeing and shopping. The pod was very comfortable and quiet. Unlike their Kyoto location, there wasn't a bed controller (not the iphone controller) so the bed couldn't be set perfectly flat for a great sleep. I also couldn't set the sofa mode to be fully upright and have extra room to stand. Shower and restroom areas were always perfectly clean and spacious. Other visitors were not always respectful or quiet in the pod area - their Kyoto location has signs saying no phone calls from 6pm and no taking that would disturb others. Having the same signs in the Shibuya location would be great. One of the best features was the common area! Space to relax, all the kitchen amenities you could want, amazing refrigerator and cooking areas, and everyone was very considerate and cleaned up after themselves. Next time I visit, I know where I'll be staying!
