Very nice place to stay in Shibuya, would stay here again.
Pros:

The location was superb, and it was quite comfortable and still allowed for privacy even being a dorm.

Cons:

It was a little bit warm when trying to sleep at night, even with the fan on.

Everything was great, worth every yen, would stay here again next time
Pros:

Amazing location, friendly English speaking staff, lots of available amenities, nice spacious bed, bathroom areas were spotless, wouldn't definitely stay again.

Great place to stay for solo travelers!
Pros:

Friendly accommodating staff, facilities were clean, bed was comfortable, as a solo female
I felt safe, got good sleep, it was quiet and good amenities!

Cons:

Can’t really think of anything that I did not like about this hotel

Pros:

Location is right in the middle of Shibuya which was super fun. Rooms felt like hostels where you have to open your capsule to use your suitcase but sleeping at night is quieter and more private than a typical hostel. Public bathrooms and showers but never had any issues with cleanliness or access. The common space on the fourth floor is really fun and there are always people there to mingle with. There's a happy hour around 5pm where they give free beers which was really fun. They graciously kept our luggage for us before and after check in/ check out.
