Pros:

Super schöne Suite, Einrichtung sehr geschmackvoll und es war alles vorhanden was man braucht.
Bei Ankunft waren leckere Kleinigkeiten für uns im Zimmer hinterlegt.
Anne war immer für uns erreichbar und sehr nett im Kontakt.

Pros:

Le côté nature et L'emplacement proche du centre de Haarlem. La promenade à travers le parc pour s'y rendre est magnifique

Cons:

La circulation sur la route en face de l'hôtel. L'hôtel est en autogestion., on ne voit personne du personnel. Le petit déjeuner est correct mais avec des produits industriels.

Den Gast erwartet Ruhe und Komfort, die geräumige Juniorsuite mit Blick in den parkartigen Naturgarten war für uns nach langen Museumstagen sehr erholsam. Ein ausgesprochen reichhaltiges und leckeres Frühstück wurde morgens um 8 auf einem Tablett vor die Tür gestellt.

Das Zimmer war schön groß und der Check-in hat problemlos funktioniert. Auch die Kommunikation war sehr gut und freundlich.

Cons:

Das Hotel war insgesamt okay, aber leider mit einigen Punkten, die uns gestört haben. Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer war defekt, was wohl bereits bekannt war. Das wurde uns allerdings erst auf Nachfrage mitgeteilt, obwohl trotzdem Getränke hineingestellt wurden. Eine vorherige Information wäre fair gewesen.

Auch die Beleuchtung im Zimmer war etwas umständlich – es war schwer herauszufinden, welcher Schalter welches Licht steuert. Insgesamt wirkte das Zimmer schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Das Frühstück war eher durchschnittlich und nichts Besonderes. Es gab keine frischen Brötchen und insgesamt wenig Abwechslung.

Pros:

Mooie ruime kamer met mooi uitzicht op de tuin. Om klokslag 8:00u wordt er op de deur geklopt en staat er een heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt voor de deur die je op bed kon nuttigen. Met de gehuurde fietsen zat je binnen 10 minuten in het centrum.

The manager for the hotel was helpful and took a telephone cable we left to a restaurant in town which was kind.

Cons:

Dirty towels, no on site staff , did not match the name of a Boutique hotel . It is serviced rooms with no staff based on site . Garden front and back neglected .

The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The glass shower open to the room (also the bathtub in the open room). Breakfast was included but only served at a certain time. Not conducive to travelers with early plans. Prefer check ins with face to face contact. A 30 minute walk to center was a bit far.

Excellent location
Pros:

Although there are construction work at the back to enlarge the hotel, my stay is comfortable and no interruptions whatsoever. Good room, good service and good breakfast. I wish I would come back and stay at their new wing.

Stylische, sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung mit Einschränkungen
Pros:

- mit dem Fahrrad in 10 Minuten in der Fussgängerzone oder in 20 Minuten in Zandvoort
- Linie 250 ca. 200 m entfernt, die zwischen Leiden Station und Haarlem Station verkehrt
- stylisches Zimmer mit tollem Blick in den Park und guter Ausstattung
-sehr bequemes Bett
- Parkplatz für Auto und Fahrräder vor der Tür
- Anne als Ansprechpartnerin war immer erreichbar

Cons:

- wenn die Dusche „Eyecatcher“ im Zimmer und immer im Blick des Gastes ist, sollten zumindest die Duschwände täglich gereinigt werden (bei 5 Übernachtungen nur einmal)
- die Wohnung liegt an einer vielbefahrenen Straße und in der Nähe einer Kreuzung, der Straßenlärm ab ca. 5:30 Uhr morgens und bis ca. 23 Uhr abends ist nicht unerheblich, der Lärm dringt „durch das Dach“ in die Wohnung, ohne Ohropax hätten wir nicht schlafen können
- das Frühstück ist eintönig, jeden Tag das Gleiche (Wurst (Salami, Schinken), Käse, Obst wirkt abgezählt, Marmelade, Honig, Erdnussbutter und Hagelslag in Verpackungen), hätte ich jeden Tag ein Foto vom Frühstück gemacht, hätte ich im Nachhinein nicht sagen können, welches Frühstück von welchem Tag ist, bei dem Mietpreis erwarte ich frische Brötchen oder zumindest hochwertige Aufbackbrötchen und nicht solche, die nach 15 Minuten hart sind, Kaffee ist selbst mit einem Nespresso Automat zuzubereiten, was gut ist, es wäre insofern aber wünschenswert, wenn die zur Verfügung gestellten Kapseln benannt wären (Espresso, Lungo o.ä.)
