Отель удалил мою бронь на ресурсе букинг, чтоб я не могла оставить правдивый отзыв!

При здійсненні резервування номеру в готелі, мною було вказано 2 дорослі особи і дитину 11 років. Пошуковою системою у booking.com було запропоновано номер для нашої категорії відвідування - номер, що мав розміщувати 2 дорослих і дитину (11 р.). Однак, адміністрацією готелю було надано номер без ліжка для дитини. Хоч, при здійсненні бронювання, я перевірила у розділі «де буде спати моя дитина» наявність спального місця, отримавши відповідь, що «спальне місце включено до вартості проживання». Адміністрація готелю не надала жодної пропозиції щодо вирішення питання. Навіть мною запропоновані варіанти щодо розкладного крісла, або навіть шезлонгу з зони басейна, були неприйнятними. Скасувати бронювання номеру - теж не варіант: грошові кошти не повертають. Адміністрація - зовсім не лояльна до гостей, від будь яких моїх пропозицій щодо врегулювання питання відмовилась. Але ж взагалі то саме вони мали їх пропонувати, адже розмістити недостовірну інформацію стосовно кількості осіб, що вміщує кімната. Натомість, від персоналу відчувається принизливе і високомірне відношення, можливо, це повʼязано з національною неприязню. Адміністратор просто покинув рецепцію, звернувшись до колеги, жестом вказуючи на нас і гучно вимовив «russi». Вважаю, що в номері це додаткове ліжко (можливо, у вигляді крісла трансформера) було, про що свідчать відповідні полоси на стіні, що залишаються від такого типу ліжка. Його просто забрали з номеру. Душ. Кабінка протікає, нажаль.

Acceptabil, se putea mult mai bine.

Cons:

Distanta intre bich bar si plajă, distanța între bar si piscină, prea puține sortimente la masă. Ciorba de burtă fără burtă, ciorba de văcuță fără carne de văcuță, prăjiturile se epuizau rapid, semn că au fost insuficiente cantitativ. Mocheta de pe holul hotelui murdară, ventilatorul din baie insuficient, miros în baie.

Foarte frumos !!!
Pros:

Totul!! foarte curat , frumos , mâncare bună și ff variată chiar și ptr mofturoși . Plajă privată gratis , parcare , piscină curată și personal foarte atent la curățenie iar doamna meneger implicată total …zilnic pe lângă turiști la sala de mese să fie totul în regulă . Mulțumim am recomandat și o să mai venim …

Am avut i experiență la recepție când am ajuns ,cei drept mai devreme pe la 11:30, nu am putut fi cazați mai devreme … eu nu cred ca nu erau camere disponibile îmi doream să primesc camera mai devreme deoarece soțul meu are probleme de sănătate se făcuse aproape 14:30 și deja era prea mult … cred ca domnul acela de la recepție nu a vrut să ne ofere cazare mai devreme ,am rugat să vb cu un superior și atunci a apărut doamna meneger și în 5 min am rezolvat …pe această cale vreau să îi mulțumesc 🌹

The hotel is well located, fairly close to the beach, and the beach reserved for guests with the all-inclusive package is clean, not too crowded, and peaceful. Another advantage is the pool, although we didn’t have a chance to try it because we felt very unwell at the end of our stay.

Cons:

Unfortunately, we ended up with a fairly severe case of food poisoning at the end of our stay. Since we ate exclusively at the hotel, we believe that something we were served there did not agree with us. The food was not bad and was quite varied at breakfast and dinner (lunch was less well stocked, in our opinion), but because of the extreme heat there were constantly flies around the food, and some dishes, especially those with sauces, may have spoiled more quickly. Unfortunately, we happened to eat those dishes.

Like many people, we assumed that the Ibis brand would be a guarantee of quality, but unfortunately that was not the case. The cleanliness was not exemplary, and the bathroom had a strong mold smell whenever the ventilation was left on.
