Rude staff and mediocre experience
Pros:

The room sizes were good

Cons:

The service. The staff are not only inefficient but rude and refuse to offer basic services like sending ice to your room. They will bring ice only if you order liquor from their own bar and the guest does not have a choice in this. Also, for the price that you pay for the Suite, there's no hot water and also no bath tub as displayed in the gallery on booking.com. definitely never going back to this porperty.

Hotel je na živé ulici, okolí poněkud neutěšené. Na krátký pobyt postačující, personál vstřícný.

Cons:

V hotelu není možné platit mezinárodními kartami, v restauraci víceméně jen indická jídla, i ke snídani (s výjimkou vařeného vejce a chleba).

Worst experience
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

Worst hotel ...served us stale food.Expenaive hotel no value for money.They didn't give the hotel bill.Told that it will be shared by e-mail.Still waiting for it Had to follow up many times with the reception staff to get wifi facility.

Only location is good, easy to arrive

Cons:

The bathroom was a complete disaster, the toilet was broken, there toilet paper was not new, no towels and the wall was deteriorated.

Restaurant really bad, we ordered a tandoori chicken that was not well cooked, we had indigestion all the next day.
