All around excellent stay
Pros:

Everything.
Check in easy. Staff friendly. Room really clean. Products lovely. Breakfast excellent. Free parking. Lovely quiet location. Staff also helpful

You get what you pay for.
Pros:

Tru Hilton Madison West was a convenient location and a lower price. The pillows were nice. It was reasonably clean. We were only looking to get some rest, not enjoy a luxurious vacation.

Cons:

The screen in the room did not block the lights from the parking lot all night or the morning sun. This made sleeping difficult and then impossible. The bed was not comfortable.

Pros:

Very clean. No carpet. Nice TV. Good location.

Room was fine. Clean. Very basic items in room.

Cons:

The doors are super heavy. The breakfast is very average. Lobby area not inviting. All chairs were on the tables. No coffee in room.
