Friendly and relaxing stay
Pros:

We’ve had an amazing 5 day stay at this hotel. The family is extremely welcoming, chatting to each customer and sharing family meals (if you wanted to join!). The rooms and facilities were clean, tasty breakfast options, and lovely swimming pool to cool off. We arrived very early in the morning and they kindly checked us in early to shower and sleep!

An excellent hotel! Everything was very clean, and the family running the hotel was incredibly friendly and helpful. They helped us book our bus tickets to Da Nang, treated us to a delicious dinner, and even assisted in retrieving my bank card when it got stuck in an ATM.

The breakfasts were very good and included in the room rate. We felt truly welcomed and cared for during our stay. Highly recommended!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and couldn't have been happier. What was originally planned as a 4-night stay quickly turned into 7 nights because we enjoyed it so much and simply didn't want to leave.
This hotel truly lives up to its name – from the moment we arrived, we felt more like part of a family than guests. The warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality of everyone here made our stay incredibly special.
We are deeply grateful to have met such caring and heartfelt people. Thank you for making our time here unforgettable and for creating such a welcoming atmosphere.

Wir kommen gerne wieder und hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Eine ganz tolle Gastgeberin mit viel Herz.
Man hat sofort Familienanschluss, sehr hilfsbereit und immer gut gelaunt.
Die Zimmer sind sauber und einfach gehalten. Es ist sogar Duschgel, Shampoo im Spender vorhanden. Sowie auch Zahnbürsten mit kleinen Zahncremes.
Beim Frühstück kann man aus einer Karte wählen und das Essen, wird dann frisch zubereitet.
Bei Fragen rund um Ausflüge, kann man sich immer an die Chefin wenden.
Die Familie hat im Ort noch ein Restaurant wo man sehr gut essen kann.
Der Pool in der Unterkunft läd zum verweilen ein und rundet das Angebot ab.

Everything was perfect: the cleanliness, the size of the rooms, the pool, and the welcome.
The owner organized a full-day excursion to four different sites with a very interesting guide.
We were able to leave our luggage after check-out and take a shower before our evening departure.

They cancelled 10hours before our arrival. After writing them our disappointment there was no response anymore and also no help to find another accomodation. Very didappointing service.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. Took care of me like I was family. Very hard working and good at what they do. The pool was wonderful. I had all my tours and transportation booked through them and it all went perfectly. The property looks great too.
