Tam Coc Craft Homestay

This property we stayed at for 2 nights was great. It is located super close to the Tam Coc boating point and market and everything is at walkable distance.

I would like to specifically mention our host Tae who was super freindly and helpful. He helped us with the places to visit nearby and helped us book the moto bike as well to explore places in Ninh Binh.
I totally recommend this porperty to anyone visiting Tam Coc.

Der Betreiber war sehr herzlich und hat sich um jeden Wunsch gekümmert. Beispielsweise: Empfehlungen zu Zielen und Aktivitäten rund um Tam Coc, Räder oder Elektroroller zum Ausleihen, Wäscheservice. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist spitze, sehr zentral und abends alle Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben sogar eine Nacht verlängert. Zum Abschluss gab es sogar noch ein kleines Abschiedsgeschenk :)

Le meilleur homestay de Tam Coc ! Je suis venue il y a 3 ans et mon souvenir était intarissable ; l'accueil est chaleureux, l'emplacement à deux pas de l'embarcadère est idéal, les chambres sont spacieuses et propres.

Position is right in Tam Coc's center, but in a secondary street, so it is not noisy at all. Host is kind and polite, always ready to help you. He kept our luggage the whole day after our check out, offering us the use of the toilet when we came back to pick up the bags.

Tout: la piscine, l’accueil, l’emplacement, la possibilité de louer vélos ou scooter, le petit déjeuner (bon et bien servi. Boissons à volonté, crêpes à la banane à priori plat unique et nous ne savons pas dire si nous aurions pu en redemander).

Un accueil vraiment chaleureux, nous avons adoré la famille qui tient ce petit Homestay! L’endroit est magnifique, au calme dans une petite rue en plein centre ville. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Le petit déjeuner est super aussi pour bien commencer la journée. Le rapport qualité prix est vraiment excellent :) Nous sommes restés 6 nuits en tout. Je recommande vraiment ce Homestay!

I really liked the place. Very very kind staff, we got to know the owner Thae (I hope I wrote it right) and he got us a farewell present. The place was five minutes away from almost everything in the center. Good accommodations.

Lovely spot with really friendly staff. The dorm room was clean and spacious and breakfast was filling - pancakes with bananas.

Famille adorable. Piscine bienvenue. Super emplacement au cœur de tout. A deux pas du départ des balades en bateau. Grand choix de restaurants, spas, supermarchés collés au Homestay. Plein de services possibles : massages, transports, visites, blanchisserie, etc.

Our stay at Tropical Tam Coc Homestay was truly outstanding! The rooms were clean, and the swimming pool and breakfast area were spotless and very well-maintained. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. Although the options were limited, everything was prepared on the spot. The bread was incredibly fresh, and I especially loved the fresh mango juice! 🥭

The host was extremely welcoming, polite, and helpful. He gave us honest suggestions about places to visit and how to plan our day. We also rented bicycles at a very reasonable price, which made exploring Ninh Binh even more enjoyable.

Our flight was at 7:45 PM, and the host arranged a cab to the airport at a very reasonable price, much cheaper than Grab. The driver was also polite and shared useful tips to help us cover the places we wanted to visit without worrying about missing our flight.

What impressed us most was the cleanliness, genuine hospitality, and the way everything was managed. The beautiful surroundings also gave us some lovely spots for photographs! ❤️

As a lovely farewell gesture, the host surprised us with a small Vietnamese purse as a gift, which was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture that left us smiling and made our departure even more special! ❤️

I would 100% recommend Tropical Tam Coc Homestay to anyone visiting Ninh Binh. We were extremely happy with our stay and would happily choose it again! 😊

Dan is the best host ever. He's so nice, kind, helps with everything and takes care of every single detail, and will make you feel at home. A piece of peace in the world.

Accueil très chaleureux ! Malgré l'arrivée à 6h du matin. L'emplacement est au top! Tout est à proximité.
La famille est bienveillante et au petit soin. Du coup nous avons apprécié de rester une nuit de plus. Les petits déjeuners sont variés et bons!

Esta muy bien ubicado y es muy bonito pero sin duda lo mejor es la amabilidad y simpatia del hombre que lo gestiona.

Mr. Dan was absolutely fantastic—so welcoming, kind, and helpful throughout my stay. He speaks fluent English and gave great travel recommendations. The rooms are charming and the amenities/bathrooms are very clean. I would definitely come back!

Una sistemazione perfetta per esplorare Tam Coc e dintorni, situata proprio in centro ma comunque una piccola oasi di pace. Le camere sono spaziose e pulite e la piscina è molto grande. Il proprietario è simpaticissimo e ci ha dato consigli su cosa fare nei dintorni. Ci ha anche noleggiato la bici e lo scooter elettrico ad un ottimo prezzo. La colazione inclusa era semplice ma buona, ho apprezzato la presenza di frutta fresca. Consiglio vivamente!
