Outstanding service, excellent location, and truly exceptional hospitality. Highly recommended.
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location within walking distance of Otaru Canal and many restaurants. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. What impressed us most was the outstanding service. After I accidentally left my Anker power bank in the room, the front desk found it, contacted my hotel in Sapporo, and even arranged for a staff member to personally deliver it there before we left Japan. Their kindness and professionalism were truly exceptional.

Cons:

Nothing. Our stay exceeded our expectations.

Pros:

部屋はさほど広くなかったけど、バスルームは十分な広さがあり、またとても清潔に保たれていて、快適に過ごせました。スタッフの皆さんも丁寧な応対をしていただき、本当に気持ちよく宿泊出来ました。立地は、だいたいの観光スポットに徒歩数分のところにあり、とても便利でした。

Cons:

ホテルの駐車場の数が少なく、近隣のコインパーキングの空きを必死に探す感じになったのが、強いて言えばちょっと残念。当日の予約状況から逆算して何処かに確保してもらえていれば、なお良かったかもと思います。

Pros:

小樽運河から近く周辺の観光、お買い物に歩いて行けるロケーション。
お部屋もキレイでした。
あと、トイレと洗面・シャワーが別々になっていた所が最高に良かったです。
友人と4人で1部屋に泊まったので誰かがトイレ中でも洗面が使えて渋滞緩和出来ました（笑）

Cons:

大浴場の混雑が大変でした。「大浴場」と言っても温泉宿の大浴場とは違いますのでそれほど大きくはないです。
シャワーが6~8(？)なので私が入った時はシャワー待ちの人が発生してました。
お部屋のテレビで混雑状況確認出来る事をお風呂から帰ってから気づきました。

全体的に　良かったでした。

忘れられないです。

とてもよかったです！
Pros:

とても綺麗で、隣の部屋の物音も一切しなくて大変快適でした。

Cons:

大浴場が小さめで夜9時半に行ったら洗い場が8箇所全てうまっていたので待ちました

Pros:

受けスタッフさんの対応は良かった。研修中の方が笑顔で一生懸命対応してくださり好感が持てた。

Cons:

大浴場は大ではなく小浴場でした。只今空いていると案内があったので行ったら、着替えるスペースもなく、浴室は洗い場待ちでたくさんの人が立って待っている状態。シャワーヘッドも壊れていて残念。髪も乾かすどころではなく即部屋へ。入り口付近にあるウォーターサーバーも人だまりができていて使用できませんでした。
