Pros:

The staff was wonderful. Since I checked-in early, they transferred my bags to my room. I loved the location, it is a short walk to all the attractions.

Cons:

The hotel parking only starts at 3pm. If you arrive earlier, you will be charged for 2 days. Thank goodness, there is a public parking across the street where you can park for 24 hours at a cheaper price than at the hotel.

お風呂…最高ォ〜です。
Pros:

お風呂が最高です。
昔々の銭湯を思い出しながら、小樽市内を散策できました。

Cons:

特に無しですが、レストランの入口とお風呂の入口がすぐそばなので、風呂上がりはちょっと気不味いかなぁ〜という感じです。

Cons:

事前に障害者用の椅子がお風呂にあるか聞いたら　あります。　と返事があったので安心してお風呂行ったら椅子は無いし湯船のお湯が少なくてガッカリ！
ウェルカムドリンクのコーヒーも無かったし　多分2度行かないと思います。

充実
Pros:

小樽観光がしやすい場所にあり、スタッフの方もとても丁寧でした。
ホテルも全体的にかなり清潔感があり綺麗で、部屋のカードがないとエレベーターに乗れない、お風呂に入れないようになっており安心して過ごせました。

Pros:

Location was great, beds and rooms were great. The staff are great and very helpful. Rooms feel fresh and in great condition. It's a lovely hotel in a great location and we booked last minute for a very reasonable price.

Cons:

The onsen is a bit small and lighting is too bright and harsh, but thats really the only criticism I would have.
