오타루 여행에 최고호텔
Pros:

아침 식사가 훌륭함.
운하및 오르골당등 모든 여행지가 가까이 있어 도보로 가능했고 밤늦게 운하 전경을 감상할 수 있어 좋았습니다.
가격에 비해 방도 넓은 편이고 1층 대중 온천이 좋아서 매우 만족하였습니다.
오타루에서는 특급호텔을 꼭 이용하지 않아도 된다면 여기를 강력 추천함.

Cons:

주차장 요금을 너무 비싸게 받음.
바로 옆 일반 주차장에서 1,000엔~1,400엔/24시간.
12시경 호텔에 도착하였는데 주차장이 텅텅 비어 있었는데도 꼭 14시 이후에 주차가 가능 하였음.
호텔에 딸린 주차장에서 주차요금 징수는 한국에서는 거의 없어 개선되었으면 좋겠습니다.

流石、小樽の豪華海鮮朝食を満喫
Pros:

部屋も綺麗で、浴室とトイレが分かれていて、良かった。大浴場があり、これも綺麗で快適。
朝食も海鮮メニューを中心に、お酒？ご飯のお供系、洋食系など色々あって、大満足でした。

Cons:

特にないけど、以下2点かな
・大浴場が激混み時間がちょい長い（洗い場が取り合い）
・観光情報をフロントで聞いたが、欲しい情報が得られなかった（調べて答えようとの姿勢はいいが、基礎知識がもうちょいあると助かるかな）

立地も朝食もスタッフさんもコスパも良かったのでまた来ます

スタッフさんが感じ良かった　11時のアウトはゆっくり出来て良いです　大浴場があるのと朝ごはんが高評価なのでここを選びました

位置是超級的好, 到小樽的觀光點都很方便, 大大的Family mart也就在旁邊, 十分喜歡!
房間衛生乾淨, 空間充足, 員工友善有禮, 很滿意的小樽住宿
