Traditionshotel mit Charme
Pros:

Tolle Lage 5 min vom Strand, Zimmer mit Zugang zum Garten war super, da wir mit Hund unterwegs waren. Abendessen in der Lounge sehr gut. Der Haddock war wunderbar . Alle im Hotel sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gute Lage zur Fähre nach Arran. Für uns eine sehr gute Wahl!

The kindest staff!
Pros:

The staff were so lovely and the location was great - not far from city centre and perfect for those going on golf trips. Gorgeous decor

Nice place for a bed when the ferry is cancelled
Pros:

Beautiful location. Lovely to have a bath and plenty of hot water. Good mattress. Nice coffee.

Cons:

Curtains were light and room very light at daylight. UHT packets for tea were sadly off.

Fabulous stay!
Pros:

Lovely comfortable hotel in a perfect location for us travelling through Ayrshire. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Food in the restaurant and at breakfast was delicious. Would stay here again if passing through.

Great place for a group stay, friendly and welcoming.
Pros:

Friendly, accommodating staff who dealt patiently with our group of 12. Close to beach for great walks and Parkrun. Food excellent, especially freshly cooked breakfasts.

Great stay will definitely come back. Loved being back in our home town.

The only negative was there was no blind in the bathroom and as our room faced onto the main road. It felt like we were highlighted at night 😬
