Après une journée à arpenter les rue de Londres, il est bon de se retrouver dans cet hôtel confortable dans un quartier

The friendly staff, very clean room and great location a 2pm check in

Cons:

The room was very compact making it difficult to move around the room with 2 people in it.

No decaf coffee anywhere in the hotel. This should be standard in the room and breakfast area

Pros:

Clean towels were provided daily and the housekeeping was excellent. The provision of a lift was also very useful when moving luggage.

Cons:

Unfortunately the shower flooded the bathroom floor when used. Also, as we were allocated a room in the basement we were disturbed most morning with staff and guests acessing the breakfast area.
