Situated in an industrial area, but quiet and peaceful, with a green area and shopping centre nearby.

Cons:

On Saturday we didn't get enough sleep because of the sawmill and it was right next to our window, but overall it wasn't bad, at least Sunday was quiet, but we were already leaving.
