كل شي فيه مريح ويكفي تعامل موظفين الاستقبال وشكر خاص للموظف طارق تعامل واخلاق وابتسامة وترحيب واهتمام ماقد شفت نفسه
الغرفة نظيفه ديكورها حلو الاضاءة ممتازة والاطلالة على الشارع كذلك سكر استيفيا متوفر بالغرفة ومو كل الفنادق يركزون على هالنقطة.. راح اكرر زيارتي لهذا الفندق كل مرة والنادي الصحي ممتاز

اخترت سرير مزدوج للزوجين وجاني سريرين منفردين مقربينهم جنب بعض فكانت النومة مزعجة علما معاي اطفالي الاثنين وذكرت بالحجز وطلبت سرير اطفال مكتوب بالحجز متوفر عند الطلب وطلبت وكتبولي غير متوفر حالياً فاضطريت افرش فرشة بالارض انوم فيها واحد من اطفالي والثاني معانا بالسرير وصاير بالفراغ اللي بين المراتب انزعجت من الموضوع جداً كانت ايام عيد وما حبيت ازعج نفسي ولا جداً ارهقتني النومة ..
