Goede ligging fijne kamer
Pros:

Hele fijne wat ruimere kamer met goede ligging in een rustige straat. We hebben enorm genoten ook was de wasmachine op de kamer ideaal.

Comfortable and quiet after days of exploring
Pros:

Loved the traditional look while providing modern facilities. The location near lots of restaurants was great, and there was a very well stocked bar on site for a drink after a long day of walking. Although the main reception to check-in is located elsewhere (short walk away), we were escorted to our property and assisted very promptly for anything we needed.

De ensueño.
Pros:

My K House es un alojamiento de ensueño en todos los sentidos, ideal para parejas. Está acondicionado muy completo, con una pequeña cocina que hace de desavío perfecto, una gran nevera con congelador y lo imprescindible para cocinar pequeñas cosas.
El baño es perfecto, con estancias separadas para retrete, lavabo y ducha y bañera. Esta última, la estancia de la ducha, es de ensueño, enorme y cómoda, apta para personas con movilidad reducida.
El dormitorio es una fantasía, preparado al estilo nipón sobre un gran tatami y con un shoji que da acceso a una terraza muy amplia con vistas preciosas al barrio céntrico donde se sitúa el alojamiento.
Te facilitan zapatillas para el interior del dormitorio sobre el tatami, y otras para el exterior, en la terraza, que a su vez está amueblada con dos sillas y mesa muy cómodas. También un par de kymonos comodísimos y amables al tacto.
Todo está hecho con mucha elegancia, gusto, detalles, limpieza y comodidad, tanto física, como visual. Una maravilla en todos los sentidos!

Cons:

Lo único, por decir algo: cuando quisimos tomar una copa en el bar del hotel al regresar de cenar nos dijeron que no había sitio, que estaba todo reservado, y no pudimos disfrutar de tan amable lugar con un ambiente realmente agradable. Una pena.

We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Pros:

The room is spacious and bright. We also liked having a kitchenette and a washer. The location is incredible, just by a canal and the Kamo River and within a quaint neighborhood.

Pros:

The location was great. Closs to river and main tourist area. It was quiet at night a little away from the city's hustle and bustle. The house was spacious for the three of us to stay comfortably. The hotel staff was kind. We enjoyed our stay. Couldn't have picked the best spot to stay. It is recommended for a family with one or two kids.

Un estudio bien situado.
Pros:

Muy buena zona. Cerca de Gion. Barrio tranquilo pero el ruido del bar de bajo puede ser molesto por la noche. El personal muy amable, aunque no el el mismo edificio. La lavadora y el baño ducha increíble. La única zona para sentarse está en el balcón. Dentro es tatami

Cons:

Desde el apartamento con las ventanas abiertas se escuchaban los sonidos del bar (la gente hablando) como si estuviesen al lado.

Pros:

The location is excellent, hidden from the main road, with two convenience shops nearby and a vendor machine. The stream is nearby, and you can go to sleep listening to the sound of water. The room is clean and spacious, self contained with fridge, kitchen and a washing machine. The balcony is a bonus.

Cons:

The staff are located at the main premises 2 minutes away. Okay when the weather is fine, but when it rains it gets tricky if you need to talk a staff member or drop off your luggage. Would benefit from having an on-site staff member on duty.
