Der Kellner an der Bar, war der freundlichste, sonst alle sehr unfreundlich.

Cons:

Betten extrem hart, Unfreundliche Rezeptionsangestellte, keiner ging ans Telefon.
2 Zimmer gebucht, unterschiedliche Stockwerke.

Pros:

Modern letisztult, tágas szép. Kényelmes nagy ágy, nagy fürdő. Dolgozóaaztal, sok tóltőhellyel, lámpával, elektromos redönnyel.

Cons:

Fürdés után, még sokáig folyt ki víz az elzárt zuhanyfejből. A klíma magától megállt, a rendszer úgy érzékelte,mintha házon kivül lennék.

Sehr schön eingerichtet. Grosse saubere Zimmer. Grosses Bad und WC getrennt. Sehr zentral gelegen und dennoch ruhig.

Cons:

Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht.
Der Teppich am Gang war teilweise mit Krümmel und weißen Fuseln verschmutzt

Sehr enttäuschend!
Pros:

Das Frühstück und das Personal vor Ort waren sehr nett.

Cons:

Obwohl der Check-In um 15:00 Uhr war und wir pünktlich vor Ort waren, bekamen wir das Zimmer erst um 17:30 Uhr, dann war das gebuchte Maisonette-Zimmer dreckig und sehr heruntergekommen, die Wände waren voller großer Flecken, herunterblätternder Farbe und bei der Dusche fehlte die Hälfte der Amaturen. Wir haben versucht das Hotel inklusive Fotos zu kontaktieren (E-Mail und telefonisch) jedoch wurden wir ignoriert und das Telefon wurde mehrmals nicht beantwortet. Wir waren schon mehrmals in diesem Hotel und sind leider sehr enttäuscht von diesem Standard und diesem Service. Wir hätten in zwei Wochen eine erneute Buchung, jedoch wird diese nun storniert.
