Pros:

Grundsätzlich ist das Hotel gut ausgestattet und sauber.

Cons:

Grundsätzlich muss ich sagen, dass die drei Auszubildenden im Frühstücksbereich ihre Aufgaben leider nicht erfüllt haben. Vor allem eine der Auszubildenden hat uns als Gästen gegenüber eher Anweisungen erteilt, anstatt Service zu leisten. Die beiden anderen jungen Mitarbeiter sind diesem Verhalten lediglich gefolgt.
Besonders enttäuschend war, dass der Tisch nicht abgeräumt bzw. gereinigt wurde und weder Besteck noch weiterer Service bereitgestellt wurden. Auf unsere Nachfrage erhielten wir die direkte Aussage: „Das müssen Sie selbst machen. Wir machen das nur morgens und werden nichts Frisches mehr bringen.“
Ein solches Verhalten entspricht aus meiner Sicht weder einem angemessenen Kundenservice noch dem Anspruch, den man als Gast erwarten darf.
Die Formulierung eignet sich gut für eine Beschwerde oder Bewertung und wirkt sachlich, aber dennoch deutlich.

Cons:

Zimmer extrem hell in der Nacht, keine komplette verdunkelung möglich, weil Vorhänge fehlten
Organisation vom Personal fraglich (angeblich kein Frühstück gebucht obwohl enthalten; zimmerkarte funktioniert nicht). Kein Service, man musste sich immer selbst drum kümmern.

Pros:

Problemloses Einchecken (digital auch möglich-wie das Auschecken), Fahrradgarage vorhanden, modernes Ambiente, geräumiges Zimmer, leckeres Frühstücksbüffet, Personal höflich, gute Lage 5 Minuten zu Prater sowie zu den Öffies

Cons:

Auf der Frühstücksliste waren wir immer "ohne Frühstück" vermerkt, musste täglich geklärt werden

Pros:

+ Centrally located

Cons:

- Price-value compared to other Hotels bad
- Rooms are very basic (no water, no glasses in the bathroom for your toothbrush, only one socket for your charger)
- Booked room incl. breakfast: was told in the morning "including" means the Hotel offers one and I need to pay extra
- Breakfast very basic
- Was told to receive the invoice by e-mail - didn't receive any so far even after asking multiple times

Alles in allem werden wir dieses Hotel sicher wieder buchen.
Pros:

Ruhige Lage und sehr saubere moderne Zimmer.
Das Frühstück ist nicht gerade günstig, bietet aber wirklich (fast) alles.
Das Bett war sehr gut, genauso wie wir es mögen.

Cons:

Ich wurde dazu aufgefordert, online einzuchecken, hätte ich auch gerne gemacht - konnte dazu aber keine Möglichkeit finden.
Das habe ich schon besser gesehen.

Albergo distante dal centro solo 3 fermate, quindi comodissimo.
