Mosaic Cave Hotel

The hotel is in an excellent location, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay, especially Muhammad, who went above and beyond to assist us. Our room was large, spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent with a great selection of options.

Good location and helpful staff. Nice breakfast and daily change of towels and bedding was great n Very nice outdoor area, great views and roof terrace.

The room was charming, clean, cheery, and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was a good one, and there was coffee, tea, a kettle and a mini fridge. Also, extensive breakfast was included!! The best part was the wonderful, helpful service at all hours from the desk managers, Mohammed and Cihan. They were SO friendly and lovely to chat with, checked in with us whenever we met, and were eager to help us get tours we wanted set up. Wonderfu place!!

個人的なお気に入りはシャンプーボディソープ等の入れ物がバルーンの絵が載っててとてもかわいかった！

テラス席で食べていると猫がよってきてくれるのも素敵

Had a thoroughly relaxing time at Mosaic. Was very well looked after by Muhammad and Jihan, who were the most hospitable, friendly hosts and tended to my every need. Lovely breakfast spreads, unlimited tea and coffee. Room was amply comfortable and kept very clean. 10/10

The location is great. The queen room was nice, it was not claustrophobic at all even though it was a cave room. The staff is the best. They take care of you like you are family.

The staff were outstanding. Cihan advised me that due to bad weather the balloons may not go up. I was able to cancel the booking I had already booked online and got a fantastic price through the hotel. He was right and I may not have had the balloon ride if not for him. He booked for us a fabulous Turkish night and ATV safari which was amazing. I'm so glad I booked this hotel. The breakfast was also 10/10. They absolutely made the trip the best ever.

We had such a lovely stay at Mosaic Cave Hotel. The room was spacious, clean and full of character, and staying in a cave suite made the whole Cappadocia experience feel even more special.

The staff were all incredibly welcoming and attentive from start to finish. Mohammed was especially helpful and always took the time to chat with us, offer recommendations and make sure we were enjoying our stay. The breakfast each morning was also fantastic with a great variety of food and excellent service.

The hotel itself has a really warm and relaxed atmosphere and is in a great location for exploring Göreme and the surrounding areas.

Fantastic from the moment we arrived. We have travelled extensively and have never had such great service. The staff could not do enough for us. Huge breakfast.spread, eggs to order. We loved the patios. There were 4 of us travelling together and they made the kitchen area available anytime. One night we picked up pasta and wine and used the.micowave to warm it up. They booked all our excursions and at a better price than in town. We had booked a standard room but found it too small. No room to barely move and no storage area. They were kind enough to upgrade us.

Absolutely everything. The cave suite was huge, beautifully designed and such a unique experience. The location was perfect with amazing views across Göreme, and the breakfast each morning was excellent with lots of choice.

The staff truly made the stay special. Mohammed on the night team went above and beyond for us throughout our stay, helping us arrange excursions, checking in on us daily and even organising a birthday cake for my 40th birthday. Nothing was ever too much trouble and the level of service was exceptional.
