A £100 pre-authorisation per room is required at check-in on your card.
Prepaid cards or cash are not accepted. The pre-authorisation will be released after departure, provided there is no damage or breach of our hotel rules, and it should appear in your account within 24 hours to 7 days, depending on your bank.
Please bring a passport or government issued photo ID along with a credit card for the lead guest.
Check-in is from 3pm, with early check-in available from 11am for a fee, subject to availability. Check-out is by 10am, with late check-out available until 1pm for a fee, also subject to availability. Please check with reception upon arrival.
Guests are also able to leave their bags in storage for a small fee.
Children must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or above. Recent photo ID may be required to verify the age of adults.
To help keep prices low and protect the environment, bedrooms are cleaned every six days at no extra cost. Complimentary towels are available from reception, and additional room cleaning can be purchased if required.

Dogs up to 60cm are welcome, with a maximum of two per room for an additional fee payable at check-in. Guide dogs stay free of charge.

good location close to the train station but there is construction going on, buses and trams are running so it is very noisy and unfortunately you can't sleep
I didn't like everything, the rooms were very small and stuffy, the windows couldn't be opened, the bedding was dirty, the whole place was very hot and smelled of cigarettes, and the price was £200, which was excessive for the quality for two nights.

Good location and notably quiet considering where the hotel is. Reasonable price for what you get. I wasn't expecting anything fancy and nothing let me down. On the plus side, it's about 5 minutes from the train station and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and bars. Overall a solid base for something like an overnight stay after a concert.

The air-conditioning was a huge blessing in the heat-wave; the room was clean and had a view. Probably non-full nights would have more budget pricing.
Croydon at 10pm is a zombie apocalypse so you might want to eat earlier to get a better choice of dinner.
Convenience for travel
Nowhere to despose of rubbish- we spent 3 nights here and nowhere was there a bin … small one in room but nothing major . Bedsheets looked washed but were dirty looking

Tiny, being against the wall is useless for older people who need to go to the bathroom numerous times during the night.
The bed was too hard making it uncomfortable to sleep
