La chica de recepción es muy amable, el hotel parece pequeño pero es bastante grande con 2 piscinas y muy limpio. Muy buen desayuno, volveremos 😉

El personal (en especial Tamara muy maja y simpática), el entorno, los jardines, la piscina con su tobogán, tamaño de la habitación, desayuno correcto y las instalaciones en general. Repetiremos seguramente si volvemos por la zona.
Desde un punto de vista constructivo; que el Jacuzzi estuviera cerrado, que no hubiera una pequeña nevera en la habitación, toallas "limpias" pero con manchas, sin mando para la TV y el de aire acondicionado no funcionaba, suciedad en paredes y suelo, haria falta una limpieza más en profundidad y percepción de falta de mantenimiento en general o tener a más gente para esa función (por que los que hay no paraban de trabajar que conste) ya que el recinto y las instalaciones son bastante grandes. Espero que lo solucionen por que el entorno y el sitio en si tiene mucho potencial. Si no corrigen eso con el paso de los años se va deteriorando todo las instalaciones y la calidad en general.

Un lugar precioso, rodeado de una naturaleza espectacular. El personal es muy amable y atento, todo está muy limpio y se siente una atmósfera especial y acogedora. Ha sido una experiencia muy agradable y sin duda volveríamos.

Pool stand 6 Tage lang nicht zur Verfügung (Reparaturarbeiten ( obwohl auf der Homepage zugesagt). Beim Frühstück fehlte manches, zunehmend auch Geschirr, Tee etc.
