Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Mein Mann hatte während unseres Aufenthaltes Geburtstag und bekam zum Frühstück eine kleine Überraschung, vielen lieben Dank dafür.
Das Hotel ist von der Tiefgarage direkt über einen Fahrstuhl erreichbar. Die zentrale Lage ist auch super, alles ist fußläufig gut erreichbar (Bahnhof, See, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gastronomie)

Cons:

An sehr heißen Tagen, wie wir sie hatten, steht im Badezimmer leider die Luft. Aber sonst war alles top.

Pros:

Hotel jest w samym centrum starego miasta. Spokojna okolica. Blisko do jeziora.
Czysto w pokoju, choć hotel czasy świetności ma już za sobą.
Jest dostępny parking dla rowerów, to bardzo, bardzo miłe.

Cons:

Brak klimatyzacji był ogromnym utrudnieniem. Co prawda w pokoju jest wentylator przy lampie, jednak to nie to samo. Ciężko było przetrwać noc w upalny czas.

Ein super Hotel mit freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Menschen die ihren Job lieben. Super Lage
Pros:

Das Personal war perfekt, es wurden Restaurants empfohlen und man hat sich um eine Reservierung gekümmert als mir mitgeteilt wurde das kein Platz frei wäre. Der Abstellplatz für unsere Räder war in der Tiefgarage direkt am Fahrstuhl.

Sehr angenehm, Man könnte auch ohne Auto bequem mit der Bahn anreisen, kurze Wege; Bahhof, City, etc

Zentrale, ruhige Lage in der Altstadt, 10 Min. zu Fuss vom Bahnhof.

Cons:

Spannteppich im Stiegenhaus hat Ersatzbedarf.
