Pros:

It's a small and very cozy Inn, with a nice area both innside and outside. Good service, good food and good vibes. Beds and the rooms are okey and clean. We had everything we needed.

Cons:

The Inn could need a little toutch-up of the outdoor furniture.

Cons:

Avoid this place. It's noise as they have a bar underneath, entrance It's through the bar. They only have 3 parking spaces, it says limited but it's only 3.
Bedrooms are very compact and hot. Showers don't work properly. I booked 3 Bedrooms as it was a family stay and they all were equally bad.

Cons:

Stayed 5 nights beds outdated mattresses need renewing never saw room cleaner.
No hand towels or soap bathroom never cleaned beds never made or sheets changed.
And as far as sleeping window frames rattling all night
Tea and coffee first morning then never replaced even cups dirty for rest of stay
Would not recommend

Friendly and helpful staff and good value for money made up for basic quality.
Pros:

Great location for BIC and beach

The room was a decent size

Cons:

We're in the midst of a heat wave, I can accept that there was no air-conditioning, but no fan! So with open windows we shared second hand smoke and were kept awake by loud conversations from the outside bar seating b beneath our window. The temperature in our room got down to about 29 degrees but by 05:00 the sun was streaming in so it got warmer
There were 5 double plugs in the room, none even close to the bed. The TV is fastened to the wall in front of the mirror
